Great self defense, great workout, and great people.

Never answer phone calls so we had to go to find out, when we showed up at the time of classes shown on his page, he wasnt there and his assistant caleed him, the assistant told us he will be here in an hour...we waited the whole hour but at the end his assistant said he is not coming and he will call us. He called and gave us another appointment and when we went for that scheduled time he ALSO DIDNT SHOW UP! And never appologized or call again...very unprofessional! I am happy that this happened before i enroll and he teach my kids the non discipline instead of the discipline of the Jiujitsu!!

It has been a while since I went; but Tammy and Marcos are great people and knowledgeable in martial arts. These are people that work with you, not treat you like a number in a group.

They are amazing and their kind spirit transfers to their students ! Their students are just amazing and so helpful and motivating ! I love this place

I had my first lesson today and had a blast. The teacher is very friendly the staff is nice and the students are really friendly
