I went to this school and if I was one of the best experiences Ive ever had when it came to school, the school offered a lot of after school programs and was very up to date. Definitely a great school to go to.

Maybe an update to the interior would be nice? I think at this point the design is very 80s looking and many of the hallways look very ugly and dated with paint pealing and cracks under the lockers, on top of this fights are also common place here and happen often Ive heard about drugs are often used by people in the area and in the school, yes they have done changes to sections recently but I think a major update would be nice at some point. The education isnt bad but I have to say a lot of crime occurs around here. Im going into my last year so well see how it goes, I suppose

I went here for 2 years. The building was very clean and i enjoyed the experiences offered to students. Teachers are all very well received among the students. Also has hosted community meeting.

Its a pretty good school, I met some of my best friends here, and it was pretty fun. However, there are SO MANY drugs and fights there... Also, the ex-princible just got arrested... The new one is good tho.

Three stars.I am a student at JFS. 7th grade.Last year and the beginning of this year were fun!The main faults of this school are the bullying issues and the fights and violence.As a victim, I would say there is pretty good bullying prevention, but there are still many things that could improve it.During school hours, especially the lunch periods, Id have to say the people are verily separated in to their popularity groups. But, no one can be popular unless you think they are!The little cliques of people are often starting up things, such as fights, and my one main problem with this fact is that whenever violence starts up, everyone starts chanting fight. I think Im the only one that backs up, thinking of ways to stop.Children of my age thirst for violence, which I dont get. Something to fix this problem is perhaps to have more monitors?Thanks for reading, which I know pretty much no one will, so its an oddly useless rant.

I still go to Jennie f snap and the food there is great the teachers are nice and there are great people to meet!

Students are nice overall.good discipline to the students.Alright teaching system. Teachers know there boundries and students know there boundries.

I am a student at JFS, and i can truley said my 6th grade year has been the best. ( im only in 6th grade ;) ) I admit there has been some fights but people need to face the positives. If you miss an assignment a lot of teachers will help you make it up or give you something else thats worth equal credit. JFS is amazing and I made the bestest of friends there. The teachers are the best, all the staff are trying to help cut down the fighting. Sending your child to JFS is going to be alot of fun for them! I LOVE JFS!!!!!

This was the school where I wish I could have finished at if I had never left N.Y. I miss Mrss. Shaffer the most.
