While the Zoom meetings are a bit painful at three hours + once a week, They have the best program in Colorado. Their 6 week program only is 6 weeks if you spend 8 hours a day every day for six weeks. It took me about four months while working full time to complete their program, but I passed both the Colorado and National tests the first time. I highly reccomend if you are serious about getting your license, but cannot attend in person classes.

I am so glad that I chose HIRED schools - it provided a perfect blend for me - instructor and class interaction, plus the flexibility to do the work on my own pace. This format was once per week via Zoom, then the rest was on my own time.Cyndi was a great instructor. She did a great job teaching specifics that would be on the test - she is very knowledgeable about what content will be tested, which was super helpful. But more than that, she was able to provide practical examples for a lot of the material - how wed see these concepts in the real world.I felt prepared and confident going into the exam, and ended up crushing it! This is a testament to the HIRED system and Cyndis great work as an instructor.

If you are unsure about which Real Estate school to enroll in or anxious about taking the leap, look no further. Seriously. I can not recommend HIRED Real Estate Schools enough to anyone who is considering a career in the industry. Renee and her team are true experts in their field and do an incredible job educating their students using an extremely well-thought out and easy to follow program. My instructor Cyndi was knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and funny! I can honestly say that I looked forward to class each week. Due to the pandemic, classes were held entirely over Zoom but I never felt as though my experience was lacking compared to classroom learning. The format of this class also provides great flexibility for those students who work other jobs & regular hours during the week! Oh and I cant forget to mention the quality of customer service! From enrollment, to book distribution, to the classroom portal - the Director of Operations, Ron was always available to answer any questions and just a delight to speak to! After 8 weeks, with a wealth of knowledge and amazing support under my belt, I walked into the testing center with confidence and walked out with a passing score of over 90% on both the National and State portions of the exam! Additionally, I am enrolled in the 2-week Bootcamp program HIRED offers and I am SO excited to see what else I can learn to give me a leg up in getting my career and business off the ground!If you are committed to put in the time and effort that is required, the results are sure to follow. Every week we were assured to TRUST THE PROCESS and I cant stress this enough to future students! HIRED Real Estate Schools wants you to succeed and the highly skilled and professional staff will show you exactly how to get there!! This school is worth every penny!

I highly recommend HIRED Real Estate Schools! I started classes in mid October and just passed both the State (89.1%) and National (88.7%) Broker’s exam. My instructor, Cyndi, was fantastic! She made class enjoyable and hit on topics pertinent to the exam. She kept us on track even when classes had to move virtual due to the pandemic. I’m so grateful to the very professional and highly skilled staff at HIRED. I came into class being nervous that I wouldn’t be able to “do school” again as it’s been awhile and there is a lot of material. However, I found that if you followed the curriculum as instructed, attended classes and put forth the effort, it’s very possible. Thank you to Cyndi, Renee and Ron and the entire HIRED schools staff!

All I can say is WOW! From the very beginning of taking the real estate course with HIRED, I knew Id be in good hands. From getting the specifics as well as well as all my questions answered from Ron, to the actual course itself; Im impressed to say the least.Both of my instructors, Cyndi and Renee, introduced the topics we needed to know in an exciting and personal way, but also made sure we understood the real-world applications to the information being learned. The both of them were always there if I needed any help, and did everything in their power to make sure I knew what would be on the PSI exam and was confident going into it(theres a reason why they have a 99% success rate!). Out of my education career, I can say with confidence that Cyndi and Renee were some of the best instructors Ive ever had.I left the real estate course with a fire to succeed in this industry, and a support network that will last the entirety of my real estate career. I cant recommend this school enough for anyone looking to get their license in Colorado, because you too will be writing a review as positive as this one!

Instructors were great communicators and taught content well. Everyone was very helpful and supportive. I was provided with all the resources I needed to learn all the information. Only downside for me personally was this course moves fast. Again this is more of a personal issue. Deciding to start real estate school during a pandemic, working odd hours, and with a child in remote learning was a huge challenge for me to keep up and find time to study. If you are wanting to pass the exam asap and have time then this is totally for you. Otherwise you might find yourself feeling overwhelmed. But even during my self doubt the instructors were reassuring and encouraging.

Renee is one of the best in the industry. The class is extremely organized and you are given the personal attention you deserve. Your investment in the class means she invests her time and care to you. The whole staff is wonderful (Cindi, Ron). Extremely happy I chose this institute for my education.

This was the best place to go get my training. I highly recommend Hired schools. Both instructors Cyndi and Rene were great, very energetic and are very knowledgeable about the industry. The class was very engaging and material given and taught made it possible to pass exams.

Using HIRED was the best experience, from both the teaching and the online supplements. Everything is extremely well laid out from the instructors and completely user friendly on the software side -- the resources are endless. The tech support is also a 10/10, every time I had a question or needed help (Im not always the most tech savvy), Ron answered within minutes via email or phone and had whatever problem I needed fixed right away.

HIRED has an outstanding pre-licensing course. I passed on my first attempt on both exams. They told us multiple times to trust the process, do EXACTLY that. The program is extremely well thought out and they provide exceptional study tools. Bonus, easy to communicate with the entire team was helpful and understanding.

Hired Real Estate School is the way to go if you are looking to get your real estate license quickly. Their 7 week program is expertly designed to teach you everything you need to know to pass the exam. If you do exactly what Renee and Cyndi tell you, you will absolutely pass. They make themselves available for any and all questions and make the 3 hour weekly class entertaining. I cannot recommend them enough. I did exactly what the syllabus said and nothing more, took the exam 2 days after the final class and passed each part of the exam with scores over 90%.

I had attended another Real Estate school in the DTC area, and i have to say, the experience there was not ideal at all. So then I started talking with fellow classmates who also decided this other school was not for them and all of them suggested HIRED. It was night and day between the two schools!!! Everyone is so professional, down to earth and you can tell they really care about you and are determined to help you pass the exam, The curriculum is broken down into bite sized pieces and you will do both online and in person classes so its always very convenient when also trying to live a normal working life while also attending school. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get into Real Estate!

Great Experience! The instructors know everything you need to know for this test and answer any questions outside of the classroom immediately. Its well set up (all my classes were online due to COVID) and very accommodating. The instructors have a great process and plan for you to follow to pass the PSI Exam!

HIRED is the best Real Estate school in Colorado. I was able to be in class via zoom from the mountains. Cyndi and Renee are true pros. They made class informative and enjoyable even though there was a global pandemic occurring! Truly no other real estate class I would take.

This was the school that got me a 1st-time pass! Great use of my covid-lockdown :)Ive attended 2 schools to pass my brokers licensing test in Colorado. Renee and her colleagues were very effective in ensuring we knew what was necessary and then pointed out real-life scenarios to connect the dots. They got me to the testing room with confidence to actually pass, and I did!I went all in with her licensing and boot camp programs. I paid the same price with these 2 programs as on the license-only portion at the previous school. Bigger bang for my buck. I went in to the bootcamp with little understanding of what exactly Id be learning other than its the real-world training portion of my education. Whatever will help me succeed is what matters!I am 2 classes into the bootcamp and so far, we are building a business plan. Understanding the types of advertising, leaning scripts & how to talk to people, learning the different programs we can utilize within the business in order to make life easier and actually produce work, learning how to manage our time... all super important stuff and very get the ball rolling oriented. I am signing with a company tomorrow and the have a great training program but they for sure wont give me a business plan so Im happy to have opted in. I have no idea how to run my own business so I need this. Id advise anyone in this business, even if youve been in it a while and unsuccessful to consider this class.Thanks for reading!
