I love this school!! The teachers are all so helpful, theres plenty of classes to pick from, students are friendly, and more. I am very glad I chose to come here for high school!

I personally think that my experience at this school has been incredible. The teachers care about their students and are available for extra help whenever we need it. They constantly go out of their way to help any student who is struggling and honestly do want us to succeed.The classes are challenging, but help establish a ready base for any student planning to attend college. The work load is definitely comparable to that of a college student depending on how you schedule your classes, but its worth it in the long run.The students are a great and very accepting bunch making it very easy to make friends that will last a lifetime. There are groups of course, but its no where near as clique oriented as the other high schools in the area. I personally have been able to make friends in varying groups because they all meld together creating a very friendly student body.It is hard work to go here, but if you are dedicated to your education, and care about your future then it is an amazing place to go to school. I love it!

Putting lots of work bringing this school back to life.

The best school as far as education in Erie Pennsylvania, including private schools. However, the administration is horrendous and the school focuses on their numbers more than their students success. This school will prepare an adolescent for any college to a more then adequate standard, but the student will also be challenged beyond recognition to a point where most of their highschool life is experienced only through sleepless nights of endless homework.

The school is housed in the former Academy High School building; that school merged with Central Tech High School in September 1992

The staff and building is great but the school work is unbearable it’s really a shame, when you ask for help it’s like pulling a bull!
