Dont bother calling the Happy Hearts daycare if you expect a return call in a timely manner - or even within a week. Apparently theyre so busy they arent able to communicate with potential new clients, despite the fact they have an open house slated for later this month. Pro tip: a week is too long to return a phone call. Its unprofessional and makes you look disorganized and completely indifferent. If this is the type of communication you offer parents looking into childcare, Id hate to see what type of communication you offer to parents of enrolled children. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Got in quickly for a tour and they were so inviting to my little guy he cant wait to start!
