This school has probably the best staff I’ve seen, they are funny and can relate to students. But the platform summit learning is a very hard software program to do school and learn on. It’s very scattered and hard to adapt to it. Even parents and teachers say they dislike the program. If you are a type of person who has a hard time with motivation or self learning, this is not the right school for you. This was my biggest struggle.

For all the talk they made about individualized education, it translated to very little action except for repeatedly putting me down and making me feel inferior to all the other students. Despite that, I still managed decent enough grades until they radically changed the curriculum in the 2018-2019 year, when I started severely struggling but was given almost no useful assistance. Transferring out of this school was the only good decision I made that year, and I went on to get straight As for my senior year back at public school. The only things I gained from this disaster of a school were a severely dented high school record and some damaged mental health from being constantly made to feel inadequate.

Teacher are very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help thier students. My son and I have enjoyed this 1st year immensly.

This school saved my life. Every teacher cares and they adapt to each individuals learning style.
