I wish I could give them no stars at all. Worst experience with an insurance company ever. Charged me before I signed anything and when I said I wasnt going to get the insurance Anthony said he would refund my money the next day and it would just take 3-4 business days. I waited, when my money wasnt refunded I called back and then after now 5 days tells me that I have to fax a hand written cancelation with my policy number in it, even though I NEVER received a policy number. I did that and he said he would send it to the corporate office and I would be refunded in another 3-5 business days. I wait and no refund then I get a call from a corporate insurance company that recieved my cancelation and refund request telling me they have no record of a policy for me at all, Safe and Easy faxed my cancelation to the wrong cooperation!! Disorganized and honestly ridiculous, at this point Anthony simply started avoiding my calls. I got I touch with the correct cooperation and ended up having to fax them my cancelation directly, I told them all about what was going on lodged an official complaint against Anthony and then finally had to report the transaction as fraudulent to my bank. I won the dispute and finally got my money back yesterday exactly a month later. TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY! IRRESPONSIBLE BULLSHIT ATTITUDE. Dont give them your business go to a reputable company, in trying to save money I almost got conned. I hope they read this because I tried to go about it politely but they kept trying to give me the run around, deplorable unprofessional behavior.
