Our 8 year old son started coming here in January of 2018, he had been a victim of bullying and was very down on his confidence and self esteem. After just his first few classes you could see a major change in him - The way he would walk and carry himself. We had never seen him so excited and enthusiastic about anything. The Staff are constantly encouraging and they make all of the students feel like they can accomplish anything! Watching his face show just how proud he was in his accomplishments after earning his new belt his sister wanted to try it!Our daughter is 11 and has always been more of a bookworm. She loves art and reading and she has never really been all that into anything that was physical. She was very unsure if she wanted to join because she felt she would not be able to do the exercises and that she would feel embarrassed in front of others. Well my daughter was offered to try some classes first to see if she was interested.....Well now she counts down the days in-between classes She has NEVER felt like she was incapable. The entire staff just makes the environment so positive and welcoming - They never discourage and the teach with compassion and with a love for the students.Not only do my kids learn the Mixed Martial Arts, they learn life lessons, confidence, and self acceptance. Our family is so grateful that we have found East West MMA and The Uribe Family - They truly are amazing with all they do! We will be long time members and I highly recommend them to anyone!

East West MMA is a great martial arts school that combines several types of martial arts to give students a well rounded training. They include in each class a lesson about honesty, integrity, or courtesy (just to name a few qualities). Many students, myself included, found their confidence through the physical training and mental qualities taught here. The amazing instructors teach students about setting goals and commit their time and energy to help those students reach their goals! I would recommend this dojo to anyone whos looking for a workout, self defense class, or discipline/principles for themselves or their kids.

My wife and I visited every local Dojo looking for THE BEST Martial Arts school for our daughter. We chose East West MMA and could not have made a better choice. The Instructors instill discipline and respect while maintaining a fun and engaging environment for students of all ages.East West; YOU ROCK!

This place is awesome! Highly recommended. My son was very shy around people and after about a month hes grown confident and highly focused.
