We were very pleased with Giggle Box Learn N Play! The facility is extremely clean, great hi-tech security in place and the curriculum was on point and had our Grandson more than ready for Kindergarten. I can truly say that the staff treated our Grandson as if he was one of their own children. There was a morning when our Grandson was having a full on temper tantrum out on the sidewalk........ his teacher, Ms. Shanita heard him and came out and picked him up off the ground and cradled him onto her shoulders and carried him into the center. That is type of loving kindness that is shown on a daily basis. I would recommend Giggle Box to everyone who is searching for a Daycare that is like family!

I just dont believe the staff have what it takes to run a daycare center. My Grand Daughter has been going to daycare for about 3 years since I had custody of her, I have never encounter anything like Giggle Box. I was 15 minutes late and they charge me $135.00 for late fee which is more then I pay for a whole week. I had to correct one of the staff who reported to me that my grandchild was writing down on paper why she dont like another kid, staff found that to be a negative thing which I explained to that staff that writing down on paper about how you feel is actually a good thing for a 6 year old, because now you have something to work with when talking with the child. I wouldnt recommend this daycare to anyone until they get better staffing or the owner actually come and talk with the parents face-to face and not just take staff word.

My daughters have been going here since they were 6 weeks, & both are now 4 & 6. GREAT STAFF!! Very informative, flexible, and has great security. Teachers are friendly and very patient when it comes to the children. I recommend this center to everyone! They are up there with Celebree, & Kiddie Academy---WELL worth it :)

Amazing staff and administrative team. Ive used the summer camp and before/after school services for my child. Im extremely pleased with the love and care shown to my child.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she has been 11 months old. Now she is about to be 4 in 2 weeks and I absolutely love it. Depending on your situation they really work with them if you talk to them. Very nice and understanding workers and teach the children alot for it only to be a daycare and not school. I would strongly recommend this daycare BC my daughter loves it. This is like her second home.

Pam and the entire staff at Gigglebox are absolutely amazing! She literally was our saving grace. My daughter started at gigglebox when she was just 8 mos old, and attended until she was ready for Kindergarten. She is now almost 8, and I still take her there for drop in care when school is out, and will be taking her there for summer camp. I live in White Marsh, past a dozen camps, but will be driving her to Essex for camp! I love them, they are family!

THIS DAYCARE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, THE OWNER PAM IS ALWAYS WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ANY FAMILY OR CHILD. THERE ARE VIDEO CAMERAS AND THUMB PRINT SCANNERS! ITS VERY HIGH TECH AND BY FAR THE SAFEST DAYCARE I HAVE SEEN, SHE TAKES STEPS THAT MANY DONT TO MAKE SURE HER CENTER IS THE BEST IT CAN BE,SHE STEAMS ALL CARPETS VERY FREQUENLTY,ALL STAFF IS TRAINED TO A TEE AND HAVE ANNUAL TRAINING NOT TO MENTION THE LESSON PLANS ARE ALWAYS VERY THOUGHT OUT TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL AGE GROUP THEY SERVICE!

I am very pleased with the services provided by Gigglebox for my 3 year old son. My son has been attending for over a year. He is happy, comfortable, and learning so much at this center. I appreciate all of the staff and the family-like environment. Everyone is so friendly and professional when I come into the center. I always see smiling faces! My son loves everyone here. The staff here at Gigglebox effectively communicate with me about everything involving my child and/or changes. Most importantly, I feel safe when I walk out of the door. I know I can trust every single person in the center. I can work without worrying about my son. That means alot to any parent that wants the best for their child. I highly recommend Gigglebox to any parent that is looking for a safe, fun, family-like, professional environment for their loved one. I just enrolled my 2year old daughter the staff seems friendly n from what I saw the children were happy . Since this will be my child first daycare I hope this will be a good fit & that my child will be safe/well taken care of .

This place is ghetto and filled with a bunch of people who dont know anything about daycare. Dont send your children here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
