They had no idea about autism kids. Seems like they are thinking just rude and spoiled kids.

I love the Right At School program! They work very hard and I don’t just feel like my son is just another number. I LOVE the fact that they practice accountability and safety when it comes to signing the students out. I am ALWAYS greeted from a staff member when I come to pick up my son. I love all of the staff but special mention to Miss Jennifer. She goes above and beyond her call of duty and always keeps me updated on my child’s progress or lack there of and I can appreciate that. They’re like extended teachers as I call them. I don’t know their backgrounds but I know they care about those kids. I also love that after school is not always about playing. They have art, lessons and plenty of other activities for the students. I am happy we chose this program!

This is our childrens second year with Right at School, and we couldnt be happier. It is a supportive and positively-challenging environment. The coaches are engaged and nurturing, while maintaining order and discipline. Our children have the assistance necessary to complete homework, and yet are also allowed to have fun, safe, and well-supervised playtime. We feel lucky to have such an amazing team partnering with us in the care of our children.

After a long day at school, Right Club is a good balance of homework and free time. My son is often there until closing, which is a long day for a kid, but he is usually happy and in good spirits when I pick him up. Sometimes he will ask to stay longer on days he doesnt need to be there as long. I am happy knowing he feels at home!

My children truly enjoy the Right At School after school program as well as the day camps on school holidays. They would prefer to go to the day camp than stay home with their parents on school holidays which is impressive. This is their first year and they have truly enjoyed it.

Used to have very energetic , engaged staff, many of whom were student teachers, my kids loved it;This year, however, they replaced teachers with seemingly unqualified (judging by inability to help 4th grader with her homework) and highly unenthusiastic middle aged caregivers.Homework is rarely completed, kids barely spend time outside (understaffed), but instead, they introduced Junior educators. That is my child, instead of doing homework, is tasked with taking care of younger children. If you want to use my kids as a free labor, at least give us a discount.Apparently, according to program coordinator, they have problems attracting qualified applicants, maybe it means they are underpaying their employees.Update:I just wanted to send a quick reminder about Late Pick-Up Fees. Children in Right Club must be picked up by 6:00pm, and students in electives must be picked up by 4:40pm. Late fees will start to be applied to students both in Right Club and Electives.Right at School policy states that there is a late pick-up fee of $1 per child for every minute of tardiness beginning 10 minutes after the end of your child’s program. For example, if your child is enrolled in Right Club, at 6:10pm you will be charged $10 and the fee will increase $1 per minute thereafter. This policy is non-negotiable, and your method of payment on file in the online portal will be automatically charged. Three late pick-ups in a month may result in a suspension from the Right at School programI am very happy that my kids are almost done with them.

Prussing Right At School ReviewAs an educator and first time parent of a child in primary grades, we could not be more pleased. The three supervisors who watch my son after school make sure he is well fed, homework is completed, his backpack/coat/projects are all well organized and easy to find. They create mini lesson that revolve around a story, craft or physical activity, so its not just babysitting there are educational benefits. Check out is super easy and most important my son is so happy to be there and is well cared for.

My son loves Right Club. He has a lot of friends that attend also and greatly enjoys his time with them. It is like an assigned playdate right at school so I dont have to arrange anything, and I know he is safe, and well-monitored. Frequently my son is angry if I pick him up too early for Right Club, as he loves the social aspect so much. This is a great fit for us and we will continue to use it as he ages.

We love the different themed activities (arcade games, science experiments, etc.) and the homework help has been phenomenal! The instructors perform practice spelling tests, for which weve noticed the actual test scores improve due to these practices. The staff also help record reading time, which means more free time at home. We are so happy with this program and recommend to others.

Customer Service sucks on all fronts. When you call them they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. They continue to say go to our website to get the info. Now let’s talk about the website, it is not user friendly at all. My daughter had two accounts for her name and two accounts for my name. Now might I add that they don’t send out your tax info. you have to try to access it thru the website. Now out of any one of those four accounts open on the website none of them had the tax info. available. So the next thing is to call but of course they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by calling. Now let’s get to the actually care that they give to your child. It a joke to say the least!!! Again customer service sucks!!! They never give you updates on how your kid is doing at all. They can’t say hi or good day to you. Again they are inconvenienced by you dropping off or picking up your kid. They will change drop off process without even telling you. Change complete parking lots and which side of your school building you are to drop off at without even saying a word to you. Now I don’t know if this is how they treat people in their state but they make a complete joke out of what they say they provide.

When I realized that my childs school starting a new daycare management, I was super excited. The equipment and materials were old and beat up. Little did I know that the program took away all staff who have built a great relationship with my children and parents. Came in during the half way of a school year without providing a closure to all of us who had no idea why all staff must go. New staff came in without spending a day getting to know our names and what our childrens like and dislike and began to address us so and sos mom I need to speak to you. The standoffish and arrogant attitude really began to make me rethink the purpose of daycare facility. I believe establishing trust and relationship building are the most important things when we encounter children. Soon one director left and another one came in without properly introducing herself. Now when I walked in to the daycare facility at Holly Avenue, there is no eye contact between staff and myself and let along any meaningful conversation about my child. The price of full day is lower than what I paid before, but money is not everything.

My daughter has been part of the Right At School program at Amosland for several months now. I am very pleased to report that this experience has been rewarding for my daughter, my wife and myself. The RAS ladies at the school, Kathy and Celeste, create a comfortable and organized structure that supports learning and socialization. These educators also offer patient assistance with homework, which is a blessing for us. I would highly recommend this program.

Update: Katie was amazing and got my billing issue handled. Thanks again Katie. This is for the billing and new system. I think it is terrible that you went from a system that accepted bi-weekly payments to a system where you are not sure if you will be able to. I am positive that a lot of parents needed this option. I keep being told we are working on it. Well that is not good enough. So I asked for an update and said that I needed to know so if they didnt allow bi-weekly payments I could find another daycare provider. The response from Omari was we are still working on it and if you have to cancel until we do start taking bi-weekly payments, thats fine, you can always return when we do. Ummmmmmmmmm are you kidding me. Why would I come back after the inconvenience. Another thing is that the last week before school starts (summer camp) there is no daycare due to training. I am sorry no daycare does this because they know it is an inconvenience to parents. What are parents supposed to do that last week, I mean really. You dont provide lunch during summer which means my kid gets no hot meals during the whole summer except when they come home. It wouldnt be bad if you had a microwave were you could heat things up for the kids but that would be too much work for you, right.

Your staff seems to have a very negative profile in social media. I find that to be disturbing for a place that should be nurturing to children. Perhaps you should screen them more closely

Horrible place to work. They make a big deal if you request a day off even its an emergency. But the AM can take two whole weeks off because his wife had a baby. Makes absolutely no sense. I had to go in to work with a fever and all because I was threatened to loose my job.

This is regarding the Orlo Avenue location. My daughter comes home excited for the things she learned at school and the things she learned at the Right at School program. She loves to share the activities and the new games shes learned. The staff is alert willing to help with anything the child may need during their time there, they are patient and understanding in all situations. One of the staff members always lets me know if my daughter is having a good or bad bad, but the staff member always works with my daughter to help her get out of any slump she may be in.The staff member is always showing my daughter that she can reach her full potential as long as she follows the core values her school teaches her. Be Respectful, Responsible and Cooperative. Be a leader, help others.Im very happy this program came to our school!!
