I attended Nichols when it was called Jr. High - before WWII - I wish there were some pictures of the inside as it was such a beautiful school - Mr Nichols was still alive and was in the halls many times - he made beautiful tile benches - Mrs. Clifton was the cook and her meat pie was to die for. Yes hot lunches every day - It was a wonderful experience - excellent teachers - Sadie Rafferty came twice a week to teach music - Ill never forget her and the beautiful music she taught us. Mr. Walker was the Supt. and such a lovely man. all in all I will cherish the memories forever. Lois Swanson

My brother Adrian Martinez went to Nichols Middle School. Also, my brother says that Haven Middle School is the best middle school ever.
