Words can not do justice to this program. I flew out to Denver to work with Doug for 2 days. Doug is as high caliber of a body worker as there is. He had/has a super keen touch and can effortlessly locate ALL trigger points, adhesions, scar tissue, etc. while innately identifying issues caused by groups of trigger points and referral pain. He just seems to know, everything.He combines his sensitivities with years and years of technical knowledge and experience. This rare combination that he possesses allowed him to use CTB on me with unbelievable efficacy. I gained tremendous range of motion in various joints at all 3 of our sessions.I had high expectations because of the time and effort I spent visiting Doug. He surpassed them in our very first session. The relaxing of tension in many of my affected muscles was so great that I remembered what my body was capable of years ago. Doug helped remind me. He also insisted on giving me self care tips that were so smart and helpful that I actually do them😀.I can not thank Doug enough for his time. Also thanks to Mr Duff who I am yet to meet. But I see him speak on blogs and know the immense effort, and detailed thought that goes into creating such an awesome program. I look forward to visiting the school in Evanston as soon as conditions allow.If anyone has had issues, even for years, that you’ve given up on, Don’t. Go see Doug instead.

Already knew what was coming from the online viewing but once your live doing it for real,and a lot too, life changing for me for the benefits Thai gives in the giving as well as receiving. So its a win,win for me.Had some great teachers too. Great time,worked hard ready to relax after. Not my profession but ready for retirement now.:-) Im 64years 10 months when I took the course and made it too. Give it a try youll love it.
