I was visiting family in the area and wanted to rent a guitar during my stay. I contacted H & H and Kelly the owner arranged a rental for me. Normally they dont rent guitars but he was nice enough to make an exception. It was a very nice Seagull acoustic and I was thrilled. At the end of the week I decided to buy it and Kelly was so generous he credited my rental fee towards the purchase and shipped it out to Phoenix at no charge. I cant say enough good things about Kelly and his music business. Go see what he has in the store and talk to him or any of his very capable staff. Thank you so much Kelly!!!!!

I started teaching in 1977. My very first year I started buying and using H&H music as my go to music supply store. In 1979,....I started using them exclusively. Even after I retired from teaching in 2009, I still used H&H music for my music needs. I would recommend them NOW for beginner band rental programs, instrument repair and ordering music for different organizations within a school or church.

A wonderful experience! I recently purchased a professional line tenor saxophone and Mr. Patterson set up several horns to try side by side. Following all CDC guidelines, creating a comfortable & safe environment. Answered all my questions. I could not be more pleased nor more confident in my purchase. I will definitely go to H&H first in the future.

I stopped in the Store to brouse around , looking for sheet music , but when I saw a Yamaha DGX660 on sale I had to try it out. The store manager was right there telling all the good things I already knew about the keyboard and quoted me a terrific price on it. I wasnt able to get back before the sale was over , but I called and asked him if I could still get it for the sale price. The sale ended on Saturday and it was the following Tuesday when I was able to get the money. He told me to come on in , and I did and , Im a happy piano camper again.

Purchased new Yamaha trumpet and I am 100% satisfied. Four years ago I bought used horn from H&H and was able to trade in during recent step up sale. All those whom I dealt with are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of all products they represent. COVID compliment, and great service after sale.

Best music store in the area

They were great to buy from. I needed a specific keyboard to practice on, the Yamaha P515, and was having trouble getting it through what I thought would have been easy outlets(Guitarcenter, amazon). I got ahold of H&H and they had it in stock was able to purchase over the phone and picked up by my wife. They made the process so easy, and no BS!!

When I moved to Evansville with my family thirty years ago I was thrilled to find such a quality music center, and as a music teacher I once brought my 6th and 7th graders for a field trip to tour the building and its several annexes! The inventory of instruments, accessories and sheet music is excellent, and instrument repairs and private lessons are offered. In addition, there is a team of folks that works with school systems in Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky, supporting teachers and directors by delivering needed supplies and providing repair service when needed. The entire staff - from office personnel, sales people, repair people and the outreach team - is knowledgeable, caring and absolutely committed to bringing the joy of music to our area of the mid-west. Brought in my Dean ML that had been snapped in half at the base of the neck. The tech looked at it and told me it was pretty bad and that it may be beyond repair but would try like hell to fix it with no guarantee that it would hold up. Picked it up today and it plays just like it should. Highly satisfied and highly recommend them for repairs!

Met with great hospitality even during this pandemic. Coming from Frankfort, KY, I was very appreciative that my order was ready for me when I arrived. I was even offered assistance to go over the ins and outs of the Tuba I purchased from them. The store has a wide selection of instruments and accessories that fit all levels of playing. I was able to buy a few more items for my Eastman BBb tuba and I even picked up a ukelele for my daughter (which she loves). Fantastic instruction. Our daughter was self conscious to begin piano at 14 along with her 9 year old brother. Gina has been perfect for our kids. She told us she teaches so kids love to play piano. It has proven true. Our kids sight read well already and love to play duets with her. They come out with huge smiles.I also take classical guitar from Kim and she has totally worked with me as an adult. I take class once a month and Kim helps me reach my personal guitar goals. What makes this store great is the knowledgeable, friendly staff, high quality instruments, superior repair department. I do not recommend our local music stores for new band students. Ive been a customer at H&H Music for 30 years now. My flute came from H&H when I started 6th grade band many years ago and they always provided excellent service. My children are now in band and weve purchased another flute and a trumpet for them from H&H. Service is still fantastic, employees are professional and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to drive from Owensboro to Evansville for them to service our instruments and definitely recommend them!
