I initially went to a “competitor store” to look for a printer for my new business, but left when that staff was unhelpful/rude. As soon as I walked into Staples I was greeted by the cashier, I asked for someone in the tech department and he happily came over right away. He answered all my questions and even pulled in the manager to help me. She was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing all I needed and I am so thrilled at how nice, helpful and informative everyone was!!! I’m definitely ONLY shopping here from now on. I highly recommend them over anyone in town! (Also I appreciated the COVID safety practices they have in place.)

Worst customer service of all time. Lady was so rude I actually walked out, drove 300yds up the street to Walmart and bought the same printer for less money. Walmart is out performing your customer service, sad day for Staples.

Was asked to leave the store due to having a medical condition that prohibits me from wearing a mask. This store is being discriminatory to individual with medical conditions. They cant seem to follow the mandate set forth in Evansville. And here are the exact stipulations of the mask mandate:Who has to wear masks, and where must they be worn?The executive order requires all Hoosiers 8 years and older to wear face coverings in indoor public spaces, while using public transportation and outdoors when social distancing isn’t possible.Masks will also be required in schools for faculty, staff and students in third grade and above.Exemptions apply to anyone who is eating, drinking, participating in strenuous physical activity or has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask.

Horrible was harrassed by store employees about my medical condition i have suffered from lung issues . Made a spectacle out of it trying to cause embarrassing situation for me saying doctors order dosent matter seriously Horrible people i left shaking in tears very traumatic situation yelling at me everyone started looking . I will never shop at a Staples agin.

Yesterday I was trying to print some documents for my new lease application at Newburg, I came from Ohio. And I was thinking this issue for printing will be more difficult because I was had only my phone with me.So I visit Staples and the lady at the printing service counter was very helpful and professional to assist me to complete all the sending and printing the documents with less than 5 minutes and the price was reasonable too.I appreciated Staples for had creative and professional employees like her to provide a good service and make highly stultification for the customers.

Great selection of high quality school supplies. Its nice to be able to go here & not deal with the crowds or chaos. A little pricey & the staff are less than helpful, like standing at the register scrolling their cell phone not helpful...

I really like going into staples to do my faxing, copying and wish shopping, the only drawl back to staples is the attitude of some of the employees, at times Ive noticed when you need a little help with something? They are no where to be found. I ask one young man about the FireTV stick, I already checked the shelves and yes the boxes were there but he said no they did not have any or they would be in those boxes, well that made me mad, and I told him to please not treat me like Im stupid, and take his lazy ass to the supply cage and get me one out or I was going to talk to his boss if I had to wait all day. Guess what? They had several. 😬

Duh..... Really dumb people working here. Evansville Indiana burkhart store. Not helpful. Today I spent an hour shopping getting office supplies. I get to register and the guy said they couldnt take discover or rewards today. My business card is discover and I had rewards to use and , of course, wanted my huge purchase to go toward rewards. So wasted an hour. Tell people or post a sign at the front door. People are busy and I wouldve come back another time or just gone to Office Depot!!!!! The rude cashier did not care. He just looked at next person in line. No- Im sorry or anything. Office Depot is my new office store. They take staples coupons too.
