Called to get information on my childrens bus and the person who answered the phone was rude, incompetent,& completely unhelpful. I have an extreme amount of anxiety regarding my children being on a bus and now I have more considering they didnt demonstrate the ability to hold a proper phone conversation. As a company that is responsible for my most precious part of life, I completely disgusted with the behavior demonstrated.

Good company to work for

Buses are always late. They never report our route on the late bus list. I have been yelled at by the lady on the other line when calling. They dont know how to handle the stress of parents calling in when it is -22 outside and the bus is 30 mins late. Our stop has been skipped many times because they dont know the routes and then blame it on our child. Even though we are both outside the entire time with a super high powered flashlight pointing down the road. Lies, inconstant bus drivers and stop times, terrible phone skills, late to school 4 days a week, changes bus stop time without letting parents or student know, all of this and more is why I give a 1 star. They all need to be replaced with people who know how to do their job. I cannot express how much a loath this school bus company. Never had these issues when I lived in the lower 48. We have been here for over 5 years now and first student has never changed.

If I could rate bus drivers individually, bus 43 would get a ZERO star rating. Her name is Sabrina Shaw. Unfortunately, my daughter had to ride her bus and she would come home and complain about how scary, messy and mean her bus driver was. I finally took it upon myself to see for myself when I picked my daughter up at her bus stop, and found she was rude and disrespectful and I could understand why a kindergartener would be so frightened of an individual. As a concerned parent, make sure you know the bus drivers, because we moved into a different school district and her bus driver now is worth the switch!!

Great pay and beautiful, scenic routes

This bus barn is the worst. You make a complaint and they dont do anything. Still dealing with the same issues. Now the bus driver has a personal vendetta against my son. To top it off they drive by my place now at 40 plus miles an hour. Horrible.

I dont know who runs this place but my son has literally only gotten to school on time once this entire school year, they never answer their phone and have just begun letting me know the bus will be late which tends to be no less than an hour daily on their best days. Ive begun receiving complaints from both the School and work because I cant depend on my son getting to school on time unless I just take him myself.
