Where ever you are at in your physical fitness you can fit in to the workout and have a good challenge for you and feel mentally better afterward. Good coaches and good atmosphere.

I am so glad my friend got me to join with her. Steph helped me to make big changes to my life and fitness. I am so thankful to everyone for all the encouraging words and help. I absolutely love going to class. This is the first gym where I feel like I am a part of something and I feel comfortable. I definitely encourage everyone to come try it out. SunDog Crossfit has changed my life and also my understanding of fitness and personal health. Stephanie and Charles are GREAT owners who have legitimate interest in your growth as an athlete and they do everything in their power to get you where you want to be. An amazing CrossFit gym located in Fairbanks, AK, SunDog provides its members with top notch facilities, equipment, and training. The owners, Stephanie and Charles Allen, are deeply invested in each one of their members. They care deeply about functional fitness for all: all ages, all abilities, all shapes and sizes. The gym members are all welcoming and friendly; it’s really a big family. I have been a member since December of 2018, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Additionally, Stephanie owns Go Wild, an organic and vegan juicery which is directly adjacent to the gym and provides the community with healthy and delicious offerings to boost nutrition and recovery, as well as nutritional counseling and coaching.

Being a part of this workout community has completely changed the way I work out and my motivation for working out. SunDog has it all, amazing instructors that know how to scale the excersize movements for all levels of athletes so you always get a great workout and push yourself out of your comfort zone. SunDog also has nutrition assistance to aid in getting the results you are looking for. You truly become part of a family there and everyone just wants to help support others in their journey.... There is no judgement

I would spend all day every day at Sundog if I could! I started when I was 14 then took 6 years off and was welcomed back with open arms as if I was there the week before. I’m so thankful for the family I have found at Sundog and the constant support the coaches give every person who walks through the door! I have grown so much mentally and physically since I started back up again 9 months ago! I’m pushed to be a better me everyday and I know they have my back both in and outside of the gym!

I can’t even bring myself to call this a gym. Sundog is a family, and it’s something you’ll feel from the second you step through the door. I’ve grown as a human, athlete, friend, and student more than I could have imagined over the past year and a half here. Charles and Stephanie made the transition to Alaska so easy by providing a place like Sundog and attached juicery, GoWild. The people I’ve met here are friends for life, and continue to push me to be a better Me every single class. Everything is personalized, and I’ve never felt pushed to do something beyond my physical ability. They celebrate every win with you, and encourage you through the hard days. New and seasoned CrossFit athletes alike will easily find a home here.

I have never attended the cross fit classes; but, I religiously go to the CTRX class. CTRX is amazing! You get your strength & cardio all in one. Coaches & members are super nice! The price is reasonable, as well. I’m very grateful that I found CTRX at SunDog.

Ive been working out here almost two years now. The trainers are amazing and supportive to all skill levels. They have a great class variety that will fit anyones schedule. I cant imagine working out anywhere else!

We had a private Silk Class with Teal. It was both challenging and fun! Teal is incredibly patient and knowledgeable.

Sundog Crossfit is a wonderful addition to the Fairbanks community. The coaches are friendly and constructive. The other members are inviting, encouraging, and helpful. SD CF makes crossfit welcoming for all levels. There is always modifications if something is too hard or too easy. The new gym is clean, bright and large. I recommend Sundog Crossfit for anyone looking for a community and some nice toned arms.
