We are happy to have been referred to Childtime of Fairfax! Since our child started going at just 6 months, now 9, we’ve seen a significant change in growth from crawling to now almost walking! All the teachers are always happy to greet our child and we do enjoy the updates throughout the day as a highlight to the staff’s dedication to keeping parents informed. Kudos! Keep up the great work!

Childtime has nee nothing but a wonderful experience for us and our now 8month old. Our little one has been attending weekly since he was 2 and a half months old. I love the centers cleanliness and the extra precautions they take to keep everyone safe especially during the pandemic. The staff, literally everyone, have always been so helpful, PATIENT, and take well care of our little one as well as the other infants in the classroom. They do an amazing job at keeping us updated with a daily record of every feeding, diaper change, activities and photos. We plan to be a part of the Child time family for as long as we can, we have also referred a few friends to this location that have also had/have great experiences. Thank you everyone for being so awesome!

Great teachers here and with the virtual learnings they have it nailed down

My husband and I instantly felt a connection with Childtime. The staff members were very welcoming. My daughter started at 4 months and has been there ever since. She is now two. As a teacher Im very picky when it comes to curriculum and teacher competency. The teachers, Ms. Kendall and Ms. Nicole are kind, knowledgeable and well organized. My daughter has truly flourished at Childtime. She loves all of the staff members and they all care for her. I will continue to recommend this center to colleagues, family and friends.

The new director is wonderful! She is in tune with the staff, children and families. My daughter has beem there for 4 years and I have seen great improvements since Nicole has been the director and there are more improvements on the way.

My daughter has been attending for a year, and she loves it. The staff are wonderful, the kids have so much fun and do so many interesting things, communication is excellent, and everyone is focused on the well-being and development of your child.

This place is amazing! We moved up from the Hampton Roads area in October and initially had our toddler in another Fairfax daycare that he did not like. We were getting very concerned about changing daycares for the second time in two months. Despite our concerns with the disruption to our son, he loved Childtime from the first day. The teachers are a mix of ages, several young teachers as well as mothers and grandmothers. There was a distinct difference in the attention and care that the children received. We highly recommend it.

I am in love with Childtime-Fairfax and am so happy that I was able to find this little gem. This is the ONLY daycare environment that my daughter has ever been in and it was the best decision we could have ever made for her. The teachers and staff are amazing and truly love my daughter. Its warm and welcoming and she has thrived so much. Im sad that I wasnt able to find this place sooner when she was younger but Im thrilled I finally did. After about my 5th or 6th tour of daycares I found Childtime-Fairfax and I knew it was the one after I left. I couldnt wait to register!

Very surprised by the number of 3 ratings here. Make no mistake, this is a for-profit child care chain.We withdrew 6 months ago because of high teacher turnover rates and classrooms constantly at or over ratios. Around the same time, there were inspection issues raised with regard to sufficient food not being offered at lunch (less than FDA minimums) and bleach not being properly diluted in the 1 year-old room; clothes were going home bleach stained! The director (our 4th in 4 years?) took no responsibility and blamed all issues on the teachers and their lack of communication.There were 3-4 excellent teachers we were very sorry to have to leave. By and large, though, the babysitter reference made by another commenter was apt.
