Complete trash!! They have new workers every day! They’re lazy and will mistreat your child!

My neice worked there and they lied about a lot of things, they told her whatever she wanted them to just to get her to work there. They told her the employees couldnt park in the parking lot but yet they let 2 of the employees park in that parking lot. If I could give it zero stars I would.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEIR SAFETY!!!It started off GREAT (as they always do)! My two year old was loving it. She was happy & learning and I was happy as well. But over these last couple weeks she has been crying when I dropped her off. One day she mentioned that she was “scared.” She told me that someone has been hitting her at daycare (not sure if parent or child) but it was really disturbing. Lori tried to act fake concerned after she heard my daughter say she was scared because another parent had overheard as we walked in.I picked up my two year old last Friday from them and she had a big red bruise on her nose. I asked my daughter what happened and she seemed too intimidated to say anything (but she is very precocious & vocal for her age). I asked her teachers if anyone knew what happened and they all said no that they haven’t seen anything. No incident report was written nor was a called or notified prior to picking her up about what had happened.Over the weekend, the bruise began to darken and scab, which really angered me as I realized then it was bigger than what it has actually looked like initially. I went up there this morning (without my child) and spoke to Jessica about the incident and showed her the pictures that I took of my daughter. She stated that she would take a look at the cameras and ask the teachers if they saw anything.I went to work and DID NOT receive a call nor a text message with an update. So after several hours of waiting, I decided to call the center and asked if she had any answers, and she proceeded to tell me that she didn’t see anything on the cameras (which I DO NOT BELIEVE) and then said she would ask the teachers AGAIN. I just told her that I will withdraw my two year old.So there was NO urgency about the situation! They acted as if they didn’t even care!! I TRUSTED this place to take great care of my two year old girl and for this to happen, I am EXTREMELY HURT & now very distrustful of them.I should’ve took heed when I first heard one of the teachers raise their voice at the kids. My daughter is now enrolled in a better caring environment and I am grateful that I decided to leave this place!!!PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU MAKE A DEFISION BASED OFF RATINGS!!! Looks can be VERY deceiving! If you love your kids, you WILL NOT BRING THEM HERE!!!!!

Kid Works is an amazing place for kids of all ages. They have a huge playground where your child can not only be active but have fun doing it. They have spacious class rooms where your child will learn something new everyday. They have a great staff that will love your child as their own. This daycare is a safe environment where you can drop your child off & know he/she is in good hands.

This is our second generation of babies to attend. Very friendly and loving staff! Many of the staff members are familiar faces who have been there many years. In a business where there is usually a huge turnover rate, this speaks volumes. There is comfort in knowing that the teachers are experienced and generally love our children.

All the staff at this center dose a wonderful job working with the children. They genuinely care about the kids. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful experience.

I absolutely love Kid Works! Very clean, very nice teachers and administrators and most importantly super affordable for quality care! If you are in search of a quality, clean and personable daycare Kid Works is where to go! My child is 1 and from the first day there they made her feel safe and comfortable, couldnt ask for more.

Kid works is amazing. They are very caring, friendly, and professional. My children have been attending kids works for over 6 years and have yet to disappoint. I definitely recommend them if you live in the Fairfield area!

This is a wonderful learning program ! This place teaches curriculum in every room ! I really feel as if the kids learn everything they need to learn to prepare them for kindergarten! The staff is warm and friendly and cares about each and every child ! I would definitely enroll!!!

Bad management. They treat their teachers badly. Never properly keep track of tuition payments. They write children and toddlers up for anything, no matter if its serious or petty. I would not recommend this for daycare.
