Gracie Sports is amazing! Its my 1st experience with Martial Arts and Im loving it. The instructors are top quality, very knowledgeable. Deborah Gracie is amazing with kids / teens and Marcio Macarrao is a legend. There are only 16 guys in the world with his same grade. My 14yrs daughter is doing it with me. She also got hooked and is loving it.

Gracies has easily become a second home over the last few months. Not only has it become an integral part of my routine and health regimen, but easily the best part of my day. I look forward to these sessions now more than anything. I am thrilled to have been able to incorporate this into my life as well as my 3 year old daughters!! This school is so good with children my daughter even wants to come home and practice :) We are so grateful and thankful for the positive layer it adds into both of our lives and look forward to continuing through this journey for a long time. My daughter has been going since she was 4 years old. She was initially shy at first and took some time adjusting, but they make it so fun for them. Now she loves going and looks forward to the classes.

This is an excellent place to not only to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from a world renowned legend, Master Marcio Stambowsky, its a great place to forge life long friends. Ive been a student at Gracie Sports for over 3 years now, and I cant think of a better place to train your mind, body, and soul. All walks of life train here. All different people, and ultimately, all develop a sense of family and comraderie. You dont have to have experience in Martial arts, and you dont have to be in shape. You just bring a positive attitude and a will to learn.
