Paula taught the class in a way that made it seem like you shared some of her years of experience by the time the 10 weeks were up.The first two hours are usually the academic portion, followed by real world examples to reinforce the importance of being aware of, and sticking to the rules. Shes a good teacher. Not everyone can hold your attention for the length of two Marvel movies, but Paula does it easily.My suggestion is to study the chapter synopses as your homework after class or better yet before each class. Make Q cards of the answers as your study guide. FC

Sometimes you are just supposed to meet someone and that’s how I feel about Paula. I signed up for her real estate course thinking I needed a change and I sure got it! Paula was an amazing teacher offering real life scenarios to go along with the concepts we were learning that week. After a few weeks had past, my husband and I discussed selling our house and I mentioned it to Paula. She was at our house the next day and gave us great advice. We listed with her within that week. Gave ourselves 2 weeks to freshen up the house. Our house went “live” on a Tuesday with our first open house on that Saturday and we had an above asking offer the next day! The rest of the process went smoothly and quickly. What can be one of the most stressful times in your life, Paula’s positivity and efficiency made seamless. I have an amazing group of classmates that I’ve been able to network with (which is a huge benefit, in it of itself, to taking an in-person 10 week course), and we are definitely learning all the important stuff! I started taking real estate classes on April 6 at Anjos Realty School in Fairhaven. I was completely reluctant because it was a 10 hour looong class on a Saturday. How was this going to be any different from the long boring meetings at work? Uuugh I dreaded this!!!I sat down and Paula passed out the books, took attendance and Im thinking, oh what did I get myself into? How am I going to sit this long? When is lunch? Somebody pray for me 🙄🙏🙏Paula started talking and within a few minutes I knew this was going to be an amazing experience. I was like ok, ok I can do this! 👍The reason I knew I would enjoy her class is because she does not teach in the traditional manner of teaching. She does not read the book verbatim. Because Paula has such extensive experience and is an expert in this field, she is able to give a true accounts regarding every term, policy, act/law and more. She completely has the attention of the class with her delivery, personality, humor and wit. She teaches through stories and examples so that you actually remember the material being presented and has us cracking up while teaching the class. You have to hear some of her true realtor stories 😂😂 Literally, the class FLIES by and you leave with a smile on your face. My mind changed to I got this 😎If you are in the market to become an agent, Anjos Realty School is an amazing start. I look forward to class with Paula.
