Rio Pro is amazing! There’s a great atmosphere and everyone is friendly and encouraging no matter where you start at! It seemed daunting to start BJJ knowing almost nothing and not having any sort of martial arts background but the instructors and students are so awesome it felt natural to be there.

Great place to train. Everyone is very welcoming and willing to take extra time to answer questions.

They are really good with my 5 year old. They understand she doesnt quite have the focus but they work with her and shes already learned so much. She gets so excited on class days she calls it school lmmfao
