Olivia and Karma Yoga are such a wonderful part of Falls Church City and our downtown scene. Shes warm, authentic, and a calm & gentle instructor. Adapting to a streaming business isnt easy, but Olivia and her team tackled the challenge with gusto. If you are looking to start a yoga practice or enhance a current one, I cannot recommend Olivia and Karma Yoga enough.

Wow attended a class yesterday and left super tuned into my body. I released a lot of tension and my back cracked a dozen times. Olivia is able to provide a soothing, personal, and introspective session even over Zoom.

So happy I found this place. It’s a small, independent, “no frills” operation. I wanted to find a studio that didn’t feel corporate, and felt more like a chill vibe with a clear focus on doing yoga well. “Karma” fit the bill with teachers who are friendly, helpful, and skillful.

I had a great experience at my first Yin Yoga class with Olivia. The studio is very warm, welcoming, and clean. Nice lighting and lots of accessories and material around to support your yoga practice. Recommend coming here and supporting a small local business if you are in the Falls Church vicinity!

A really nice studio in Falls Church. Its clean, quiet and everyone is very nice. No one is hard selling you memberships! Its affordable and has a really nice community. The owners actually care that youre having a good experience and are not just trying to grab your money. If youre looking for a nice laid back studio with great yoga in Falls Church, check them out.

Karma Yoga is my favorite yoga studio in the DC area! It is a small family-owned business with a personal and welcoming environment. All of the instructors I have had have been great -- especially Bill. The new building is very cozy and filled with a lot of natural light.

Ive taken Kats Yin Yoga class at this studio several times and its always wonderful. Kat does a great job of leading the class through some rather challenging Yin poses while guiding you through listening to your bodys response to the stress induced by the poses themselves. Definitely recommend!
