Brought my clarinet in for maintenance. The repair guy looked at it and spotted some issues that I had overlooked, and explained everything he was going to do. The work was complete in a reasonable amount of time, and at a very reasonable price. Everyone in the store was relaxed and pleasant to talk with. Definitely going back for future needs.

Way over priced rentals and when you go to return your rental they never answer the phone or call back. Ive been trying for 6 months to get in touch with someone there or them to call back and still NOTHING. Ive been renting my daughters clarinet at $34 a month for 2 years now! I couldve bought her one for SO much cheaper

Worst customer service ever, if they dont want to answer your question they will hung up on you! They still charged me for 3 months after I returned the flute. No refund!!! 😡Will never recommend to anyone.

Deceptive advertising, customer service at 1-800 number is the worst Ive experienced with any retail or service company. Was told by sales rep initially that monthly rent of the instrument would be banked toward credit to purchase. Paid $850 in monthly rent, told I had only a $550 credit and that it could only be used toward instruments valued at $1,500 to $3,000. Will purchase or buy secondhand in the future.

Called asking about a tenor guitar strings since I had broken one, no one even knew that instrument existed. Rude and unfriendly and uneducated. Awful service.
