The receiving crew here when you deliver are really slow. When youre delivering, its a fast-paced job. The receivers are slow, they are not meant for this job. Need to re-staff with quicker crew. Then they have the audacity to get mad at you for doing your job.

I popped in quick to see if they had a pack of specific size envelopes (they didnt) but they had a bunch of fun eye catching treasures waiting for me to spend my dollars! I left with two picture frames and then I found a dime in the parking lot. It was an experience that left me happy. The cashier wasnt the friendliest, but she was quick and did her job well.

Take a look at the checkout before you bother shopping. If there are eight or nine carts lined up at the cashier you might want to just turn around and leave. My girlfriend loves the holiday decorations on the cheap but not worth waiting a half hour in the checkout line. Maybe hire a extra cashier for the holidays

Went in to grab one item. There was one lady in front of me at the register and from the sounds the cashier Rick was having problems for awhile already. He scanned her two cases too many times and then tried to scan my items with hers. We both corrected him a few times. He kept complaining how he was having a bad day and didnt know how to use the register since he doesnt know how to scan items and couldnt void them out. And then he wandered around the store saying he needed help and that there was no one. A lady came and took the $2.15 from the customer in front of me and said she would sort the rest out later. Rick continued to complain and how he didnt want to lose his job and was having a bad day and didnt know what he was doingTerrible customer service and experience!! Get rid of him and hire people who maybe know what they are doing and stop complaining. Get over yourself Rick.

I have to give a higher rating now.the store has improve by a lot with it being cleaner and friendlier also bonus they are getting in more things so now I spend more time and moneythere. 😊. Keep it up faribault dollar tree way better than before. Almost stopped coming there.

The cashier was helpful, got thing I needed out of boxes that was not unpack yet.

So im writing this as an honest review. I was born and raised in faribault.When i walk through the door the first thing i notice is the trash and feathers all over the floor. There is several products laying around. Lots of dirt and paper and just pretty much messy. Shelves are a mess. Doesnt smell clean.So i think to myself : When does the Cleaning Lady get in? This isnt the first time in the last month where is has been trashed. So i go about my business and pick up the few things that i need quickly. The staff is polite though both ladies working are nice.So i think to myself: Wonder if i should grab a few things to eat or cans of soup ectThen i look down at the stains and the mess on the floor andSo i think to myself Would you buy or cook food in a filthy area? Decided not to buy food there.Checkout was fast and polite.Update: Went back a few days later, and it was much cleaner. Looked decent. Raised stars.

LOVE this store. Not as big as Nfld store but I always find good stuff there. The products are cheap but not cheap quality which is nice!
