This place get no stars from me. first the instructor was 25 mins late, she was nice in the beginning when it was time to give her the $110 and then when she was explaining everything she stated i could only get points if i hit a cone, once i started the parking section i completed everything correct. when it got to parallel parking she stated all of my points were taken and i had to pay a extra $70 to take the test on the road. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM, PLEASE DON’T SPEND MONEY HERE

I took my driving skill test here. I had a male. I totally forgot his name. He was very professional and provided clear instructions. I was nervous but while he communicated the expectations of the skill test I felt a bit more at ease. Great service. I would recommend.

Hasnt answered the phone all day and voicemail box is full. Why is it so tedious to get a motorcycle licence in this state? All the testing locations in my area seem just as disorganized.

Took my motor cycle riding skills test yesterday. Fantastic company to deal with. They return calls, texts, very friendly. Instructor was clear on instruction, and ran a great exam. If youre looking to get your motorcycle endorsement, i highly reccomend this company and the instructor Ban Manna.Thanks again! You guys are fantastic!

Lady was very polite. Put me at ease. Would definitely recommend. They dont tell you the test is $100 if you use their car and $60 if you use your own with insurance. Never5had a great experience.

Ban Manna was my daughters instructor today and we had a good experience. She had a calming ability that really helped my anxiety filled teenager to relax and concentrate. The companys communication was excellent and answered any questions we had. Would go through this company again.

We used them for the road test and they were so accomodating and went above and beyond to get my daughters test done in time and the getting the paperwork completed quickly. WIll be using them for classes when my son is ready to drive!

Mother of a tester here. I sat from the sidelines while my child attempted to complete the parking portion of the test. She nailed the reverse parking, but the instructor (Banmanna?) told her to back up further until she hit the cones. I do not know why. While parallel parking, again, she was off by a teeny bit drivers side but the instructor told her to keep backing up until she nailed the cones again. Why??? Why would you tell a person to keep going after they parked well? I am not normally a bad review person, but did this person intentionally fail my kid? My kid, who I find to be a very responsible and safe driver, and I am very nervous on the road when someone else is driving, failed because of bad instruction. I absolutely cannot recommend this place. What a bad experience. Please choose elsewhere for your kid. One star added for being on time, I do appreciate punctuality.

Great experience today for my son for his driving test. He was a bit nervous due to a bad highway experience. Ban Manna put my son at ease. He was able to relax and successfully pass his test. Thanks to Ban Manna for a great experience.

The instructor Ban Manna didnt stopped talking which was very distracting,i did passed first time and obtain drivers license in 2 different countries and i have 9 years driving history when it comes to Michigan...Nope 🙅🏻

Took my son here and I must say I was impressed. We arrived 15 minutes early and the instructor was very nice and said she would be back shortly and told us we could wait inside. The test went well from what i saw she clearly told him what she needed him to do before getting behind the wheel. Very pleased overall.

My daughter took her road test here. The lady was very professional and friendly. My daughter felt very comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very good experience for my son. He made it on his first try. The instructor was nice and friendly, encouraged my son to take his time, because it is normal for young people to be nervous. I would recommend this driving site for your road test.

The testing instructor was 30 mins late without notifying us. Proceeded to be unprofessional throughout the test. There was a lack of basic fundamental motorcycle skills and road conditions knowledge. When I showed her a mound of sand/rocks right where we were instructed to make a turn she replied “don’t worry about that”... proceed with caution.

This company is great. They were very accommodating to us, and were very patient with my brother in law. Definitely recommend!

I took both of my boys here for their driving test and Ban was spectacular. She calmed them down and was very helpful and professional. I will definitely take my daughter there when she’s ready to drive.

I had an awesome experience here. The instructor was very calm during the test. It helped me give my best on the test day. I rented their car, which was a really good car , at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place for the test.

Extremely nice and kept the mood light, he was never overly strict during the test but did correct me once in a while when I made errors in a manner that could not at all be taken offensively. Highly recommend anyone take their road test here! Also in regards to some reviews criticizing cameras on the road test, they were very clear when I was booking the road test that rear cameras would not be allowed during the test.

I had a very nice experience while undergoing the test with IDT. Lady instructor was very calm and never made me nervous. She explained and guided me very well on my mistakes. Id definitely recommend her.

The instructor was very sweet and very good at what she does. I took driving lessons for an hour followed by the driving test. I totally recommend for someone who knows how to drive but doesnt have confidence.

For my teenage girl, taking this test was very nerve racking! This guy has no patience, put her down, made her cry was rude to her and had snarky comments during her parking test. You can go almost anywhere to take this test, don’t go here!!! He was completely rude to me as well!

SUPER unprofessional, i recieves a TEXT MESSAGE an hour before my test saying could u come in at 10 for ur driving test instead of calling. Went in for my test and she failed me before i even reached 6 points on parking.

The lady was very confusing giving parking instructions and marks down any minor error so you have to retake it and pay them again.

The best ever, pol who complain about her are obviously ppl who shouldnt be driving, bc she was the calmest instructor ever, as I was here for my motorcycle endorsement test, highly recommendable to anyone looking to get legal for a motorcycle endorsement or even a reg license
