I was shamed by the director for preferring to wear a mask during a tour of the school. Needless to say, I did not tour. Considering a Montessori education fosters respect among other things, I would expect to see the director of the school lead by example. This is not a school I will be giving one more ounce of consideration to if that is how people are treated.

Although I’ve only been here at Red Hill a short time, it is evident the well being of the children is of utmost importance. While at school, our students are loved and well taken care of. It is awesome to see the love between the students and staff. I look forward to greeting all of our little cutie pies each morning as they arrive to class.I also think it’s great that music and Spanish are part of the curriculum to all the students;including the adorable students in the”baby room”!

Red Hill is a superior school! I was very nervous about sending my baby to daycare but from day one Ms Leila and the team eased my apprehension and have exceeded my expectations. Every day my child is loved and cared for. Upon pickup the baby is always changed, clean, and happy. As an employee I have been shown respect and support from management and the family environment is a rarity. if you are seeking a school with high discipline standards and high achievement then Red Hill is for you!

I visited the school recently and I felt impressed with Tidiness. I dont want to judge a person because of philosophy and thought process some one carries. I met Ms. Leila and and at first she did not liked me as parent and later I did not likes her. :). She did not like when I told her that I will continue with school if my kids like here. She wanted me to be motivated and make sure to continue in school if kids does not like being here. We both carried opposite philosophy. She carries a strong thoughts about children should be raised in a strict and controlled environment. Parent wish should be forced upon them. So, If you talk to her like a motivated parent and convince her that you are determine for your child best bookish academic career, she is all yours. Trust me, she will provide you and your children support and care that other school may not provide.

Red Hill Montessori Academy, under the leadership of Ms. Leila, is the best school where the lessons are child-centered and individualized. Students are learning in a carefully prepared environment. They gain strong academic knowledge and learn life skills. Our school is teaching students to be independent, respectful, thoughtful, and observant.I really recommend you choose this school for the quality of the teaching combined with the friendly atmosphere.

Our 5 year old has been going to Red Hill Montessori for 2.5 years and he has really blossomed. The staff is great and show a real interest in our boy. He is already reading, writing, and doing addition and subtraction. He is also learning through practical experiences including cooking and Spanish. We love the low student:teacher ratio and the teachers are always available to discuss our sons progress. The field trips are great and give the parents a chance to get to know each other and Red Hill definitely feels like a family! We searched for many schools and we are very happy with Red Hill!

My daughter is an alumni of Red Hill. She loved the school and will tell anyone thatMs Leila was a great director. I also love the school, my daughter is 16 now and my son is 7. My son also attends RH and he loves it. When I come to pick him up he gets upset because he wants to stay. Ms Leila cares about each student like they were her own children. She has an open door policy where the parent can come speak to her privately about anything. She also will recommend things to the parents. I really love that about her. My son teachers are awesome and well informed about what they are teaching the children. I recommend this school if you want a loving environment and agreat education for your children.

As an employee of Red Hill Montessori I can say without reservation that Red Hill Montessori Academy is dedicated to the education and well being of our students. Our students do well academically, consistently testing above their grade levels. The principal, Ms. Leila, loves the students and their families and she is loved in return. Our teaching staff is amazing and not only do the children learn under their tutelage they thrive under their love. My favorite parts of the day are drop off and pick up as I get to see all of the smiling faces coming and going - both children and parents.

We love Red Hill! My son would cry for weeks at other facilities and day cares but not when we started him here! He loved it, the teachers made him feel comfortable since day one (he was a year old) my son is now almost 3 and still goes 5 full days. He can read, count, has the best manors, listens, was potty trained right away and more. Thank you Red Hill & staff!

From the moment you arrive at Red Hill Montessori Academy, you can feel the warmth and energy of the community. The school employs a dedicated, enthusiastic, and engaged faculty and staff who also care deeply for and respect children. High academics from the infant class to elementary level are offered and lay a foundation for motivating a child to love learning.

Ms. Leila is one of the best principals among all the schools that my daughter attended. I was surprised to see a negative review about her from an unnamed parent. We moved my child from another montessori school in the area, just to get some personal attention and challenging academics after being the dissatisfied from the earlier. We found my daughter very happy on the first day itself, and on the Friday of the first week, my daughter just asked me why I came so early to pick her up, even though I went to pick her by 6pm. In the previous school she was always sad and always wanted me to pick her early.Long story short. Red Hills Montessori under the leadership of Ms. Leila is super for academics. Ms. Leila made sure that my daughter could tell the multiplication tables even when was woken up in sleep - starting from teaching her to hold her pencil right by even providing pencil holders. She kept giving her challenging work and encouraged her never to settle for less than her capability. Even though I too had the same mindset, I could not impact my daughter with out the support and encouragement of Ms. Leila.I can testify today that the Lord blessed us through the foundation laid at this school which helped my daughter accepted in to Carnegie Mellon University.

My baby LOVE Red Hill Montessori Academy. He has been assisting the academy since he was 4 months old; now, he is 13 months old and he is still enjoying every single moment. The communication between parents and teachers is amazing; they are always willing to do a little bit extra to make me feel more comfortable and safe. They are always sending me pictures of my baby and his classmatesI have no complaints and I will recommend 100% this academy to every single parent looking for a safe, home environment place to trust your baby with.Your kid has to be #1 judge of their school/ daycare and my son definitely seems to be always, happy, comfortable and secure. anytime he sees his teachers and the owner, Ms Laila, he always go over their arms and for me that is quality

Really an amazing one of a kind school. The dedication to the kids individual growth and development is unparalleled. Love that they include morals and integrity into the xlassroom as well. They even have soccer, karate, and varies other activites throughout the year. Yes THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!!! It is a year rpund school. No forgetting everything during the summer months. And flexiblity so if you and your family want to leave on vaca just let them know when and no worries. Missing a week or two vs almost 3 months is much easier for the child. And honestly us as parents. Since we dont have off the enitire summer either. The child comes first in this school. Only wish we found this school early.

Just what exactly should you want, or expect, from a school - an establishment entrusted with the development of your children? As far as Red Hill Montessori goes, far more than I could have possibly anticipated. Our story began with moving our two children there from another school a few years ago, and being exceptionally happy with the transition. Then we moved house, and so moved to another school that was two minutes away. That didnt last - we immediately recognized the disparity, how the new school in no way measured up to Red Hill. We just had to go back.So now we spend two hours driving back and forth. Its what we do to get the best education for our girls. But this is just a part of our story. When personal disaster struck, when we had a life changing experience, Miss Leila, the school Director, stepped up massively. I am humbled by her generosity, and she has ensured that the education of my girls has not missed a beat.I cannot emphasize just how important this has been, or how tremendous the support of the school, and all of its staff, has impacted our extremely difficult situation. As I have conversations with my 8 year old and 5 year old, I am constantly impressed, I feel that they are so smart. And they are - but that intelligence doesnt just pop out on its own, its developed, nurtured, honed. Their minds are stretched and challenged, daily. They truly enjoy learning, and that in my opinion is the mark of great teachers - making learning enjoyable. So what would I say to anyone considering Red Hill Montessori as the school for their child, or children? Stop considering - you wont regret it. Just head up to see Miss Leila and enroll today. In a short period of time, you will know it was the right decision.

I am a former teacher at Red Hill Montessori. I will say this, the academics are great however Ms. Lelia is one of the rudest individuals Ive ever met. She treats and talks to her employees like they are dogs. She will call a teacher and even some parents out of their name so fast, its truly crazy. Turn over is so high because of her mistreatment.

The Owner and Director of the school ms Leila Charlesworth is crazy she penalizes children and babies for being tardy when they have no control over transportation or getting themselves ready in the morning . Recently I was late 3 days in a row because of a 7 am training course for my employment and when I walked in with my daughter 15 mins late in front of her staff my child and other parents she began to yell at me as if I were her child . I accepted this horrible behavior and apologized as she called me disrespectful and an unfit parent in front of my child for being tardy . I proceeded to get my daughter clearly upset in class and ms Leila and I met again in the parking lot where I asked her please don’t speak to me at any. time like that ! Especially in front of people or in that tone anything you need to address please pull me to your office . Leila Charlesworth then told me she can speak to me how ever She wants because it’s her school and to get my daughter and get out I told my daughter to get her things where her and her friends since they were 2 years old stood in the hallway crying including teachers Ms Mona and Ms Andrea asking The owner and Principle to please stop yelling and acting erratic . I then told her she was out of line I clearly couldn’t take anymore my daughter and her friends are confused my 7 year old Baby is crying asking mommy I gotta leave my school her principle ms Leila Charlesworth told my 7 year old yes and you and your mother don’t deserve to be here I was so upset I cried so did my daughter . we have been at this school since 2011 I always loved and respected the owner but she is clearly missing screws also I have watched the decline of her program the high teacher turn over rate and lack structure change over the years it is no longer the school that our family has put several of our children in . I had no choice but to ask my father to intercede because where do you put your child in February March of a school year so I agreed to her terms to keep my daughter in her routine since she was in daycare at this very school her solution was she made me sign a paper stating I would never participate in any activity my daughter is in at school I couldn’t drop her off or pick her up I couldn’t come see her science fair her dance recital nothing forever ! she is punishing my daughter not me how do you think my child feels not having her mother to give her Praise and participate in her accomplishments as a second grader .We study Islam she said we don’t act like an Islamic Family because I dont cover up she stated I wear leggings Moslem women don’t wear leggings 🤷🏽‍♀️ It all started when my daughter was being bullied and I told her she is not required to keep playing with people who hit her and make her cry .so ms Leila wanted my daughter to accept another child’s apology for being mean and my daughter said NO cause she does this to me everyday I cry and tell the teacher she say sorry and does it again so the principle made her sit in office for 2 days of recess until she accepted the girl apology .ms Leila called me to her office and I told the principal my daughter is not required to accept an apology she is required to be fair and respectful and do her work after that ms Leila was no longer kind to us . I’m Sharing this because this is a private school and she pretty much can do what she wants fortunately I was blessed to find my child another loving safe environment this week where she is adjusting well
