Wonderful location that takes care of your child, they contact you if your child is not going and you forgot to notify it and they also create a genuine connection with the child.If you are a service member they also work with the child care aware program to help you with the payment of the child care.I recommend this location.

I cannot be more proud of the great health and safety protocols that are now in place at KinderCare. I feel safe dropping off my kids there. There is a great wellness station that is set up at the doorway. All kids and teachers temperature is taken before they enter the classroom and wellness checks are conducted throughout the day. Kids and teachers wash their hands before entering the classrooms and hand washing is promoted all through the day. All parents wear masks when entering the building and teachers wear masks throughout the day. Thanks Kindercare for keeping our kids safe.

We absolutely LOVE everyone at the center. They are amazing and treat us like family! I have never had to complain about anything with my daughter there and any small concern has always been handled promptly and professionally. My daughter adores her teachers and it warms my heart to know how much she truly trusts them and enjoys being there when shes wiling to jump right into their arms as I drop her off. One thing I truly appreciate is that they recognize my child as an individual and the other children as well. While they have to teach and nurture the children as a group they each receive their own individualized special attention as often as possible. They allow the children to grow and learn at their pace and as individuals while providing a wonderfully nurturing structured environment. I also appreciate that they take the hiring of new staff/teachers seriously. It is not just about making sure they have a proper ratio to meet a standard. They take the extra step to ensure that ratio is filled with caring staff/teachers that nurture the children, listen to and professionally handle concerns and that see themselves as being part of an important team. This in my opinion has allowed them to ensure a facilitation of the environment they have created so that they as a center can exceed the standard. I really cannot say enough good things about them.

We have loved having our daughter go here and couldnt be more appreciative of all of the staff. All the teachers and director (Jona) have made us and our daughter feel personally loved and cared for. They do so many great activities for the kids for all ages and really keep the families informed daily with kids development, experiences, funny moments, etc.

My daughter has attended the Middlebelt Road KinderCare since she was 12 weeks old; shes now almost 7 months old and we absolutely LOVE this center! My husband and I thoroughly researched our daycare options when I was pregnant. We met with Jona, the Center Director, during our tour, and she was a large part of the reason that we selected KinderCare over several other well-respected centers in the area. She had so much enthusiasm about providing a quality education for even the tiniest of children and seemed to genuinely care about every child in the center that we both felt that this would be a place that we would be comfortable having our daughter attend. We have not been disappointed.Even though she is in the infants room, our daughter has an established curriculum. They have set activities for her every day, frequently with a theme. (For example, this fall, she got to do some sensory activities with gourds, and in December, she got to paint snowflakes -- so much fun for a tiny person!) Her teachers have encouraged her when it comes to developmental milestones, encouraging her to do things like sit up on her own and crawl. Theyve also been able to share major moments with us through the centers phone app, so we dont feel like we missed her first time crawling, even though we were at work when it happened.Beyond the educational side, they also provide her with the kind of love and attention that a child needs to truly blossom. Our daughter adores her teachers, Ms Katie and Ms Liz. She gives them the biggest smiles when we drop her off in the morning, which is how we know shes somewhere where her needs are met and she feels both safe and loved. It is not an easy thing to leave your child in the hands of someone else when you go to work, but all of the amazing staff here has made that a million times easier. We trust them to treat our little girl with the utmost respect, care, and love, while also helping her learn about the world around her.I cannot recommend Middlebelt Road KinderCare enough! If youre looking for the best place possible for your child to go, this is definitely it.

I am a current employee and mom of a child at KinderCare. I can not say enough positive things about the center. I know each child as if they were my own. The director (Jona) and assistant director (Natasha) love and care for every child that attends. They go above and beyond their duties to ensure a safe environment for each child.

My daughter has been coming here for years and the staff is always great. My little girl loves them and loves being there. I would absolutely recommend Kindercare and, especially, the acting center director Jona.

This place is TRASH!!!!! Do not take your child here if you want them to be safe. My niece was attacked here recently and they are giving us no information because they know they were neglecting their duties to watch the kids. My niece is only 6 months and the child was an older child. Or it could have been a worker for all I know. Just save your money and stay away. My niece had to go to the hospital because of this brutal vicious attack.
