I gave Traverse Mobile CPR five stars due to the smooth flow of the class and teaching skills. Upon arriving to the facility, the instructors for the BLS and ACLS class greeted everyone at the door that was welcoming and offered refreshments. The class was very small which I love and allows for a more personable and focused teaching. The instructor Angela was very open with questions and hands on learning with real life scenarios. I would recommend Traverse Mobile CPR to anyone whom needs more smaller and focused class where you won’t feel intimidated. Excellent teaching skills and the information you learn is relevant to the test.

This class was very informative. They made sure that I was getting all the information I needed and more. They made sure to answer all of my questions and made sure I was confident in the material. Just renewed my ACLS/BLS at this location and they really make the whole process very easy! I got my eCard same day! Pricing is very reasonable with ACLS 150 and BLS 45 for renewal (in fact its the best price among all other locations Ive looked at!). Price is as noted on their webpage (no hidden or extra fees)! It include both the test assessments with skill sessions. The instructor (Angela) is very knowledgeable and helpful! I really appreciate that she took the time to explain and emphasize important point that we needed to know for the test assessment. She also shared her experience with us to help us excel on the skill sessions. I feel very confident about my skills after finishing my training session there. Traverse Mobile CPR staff provided the best American Heart Association CPR experience Ive had in MANY years of CPR recertification. They provide an experience that is interactive and engaging. I was comfortable with their current COVID precautions to also make practice safe and effective.

ACLS class was very thorough and the time was well spent reviewing the material in classroom. Angela was an excellent instructor, and made sure I was comfortable with the material before moving on to the next topic. She answered all questions and was very upbeat, patient and positive throughout the class. She is a great educator. Took my ACLS certification here and I was very impressed with this class. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She had a lot of equipment and let us be hands-on to really experience what was shown in the videos. That helped to cement and remember the often complex information you may be receiving.
