Tried to stop in at the store to pick up some things and make copies but FedEx ( 2 seperate trucks ) were blocking all the handicap spots so I went somewhere else. I called and talked to the manager and simply got the response they could understand my position. I could understand blocking some of the spots because they have packages to load but cannot understand blocking all the spots and making the store difficult to access.

Went in to pick up office furniture that the website said they had in stock. Didnt have it looked at several others not in stock. Found one young man started off the price is wrong on this went to next one same thing. Prices are wrong. Wouldnt honor prices that water on desks.Lost a large sale there tonight needed desks and chairs and ECT.Will never return or recommend

My Boyfriend entered OfficeMax to buy ink cartridges for his pen, he paid went to the car. Realized he bought the wrong one, went back inside to return the item and get the correct one, a lady that helped direct him and find the ink cartridges in the first place, stopped him and said you need a mask. Mind you he already went in without a mask the 1st time and had no problem. She stopped him and told him he needed one and replied with no I have a Medical condition and cant wear one. She looked at him and said oh youre one of those! Began to argue with him over it and he even explained he was just in there 2 minutes before and didnt have one. The lady was so disrespectful to him. You never say to a customer oh youre one of those! She needs to take a class on how to talk to people and even told him to wait outside while they got what he needed. What if he couldnt wait outside because of the heat and died there because he couldnt breathe? They make no sense at all. Will not be going back there!

Its not necessarily my experience. I will never shop here if you think you can tell me I have to wear a mask. I dont have to. I choose not to and thats my right. I take precautions but I prefer to not wear a mask. Will never be back in your store. Shame on you for refusing to serve someone that does not wear a mask.

I just left the Farmington mo office max very disappointed in both customer service and the lack of management. They have no in stock merchandise and refuse to sell the display. They do however offer to order for you but don’t offer assistance in placing the order. I could have stayed in my home and did this from my own computer. I tried to shop local; however due to the lack of good management was unable to do that.

Took our computer there to get fixed bought their security package and online tech support, while I was there we bought a new computer they were supposed to transfer all of the data from the old computer to the new one which they didnt but we got charged for it anyway. Wont be going back for computer advice. They use high school kids to work on computers not sure how qualified they are..🤔 However the printing department Is top notch , we will go back for the printing department.

Ordered a desk online for store pick up website said 1 available. After order was place I received a notice on my bank that the money was taken out as a pre auth. Received a second email that my order could not be filled and my card would not be charged. Well 5 days later office max is still holding the pre auth on my account. Office max is the worst to do business with. I will never purchase anything else from them and I will recommend that anyone else doesnt either. If I would have bought it outright we could have returned and got our money back quicker than this instead of them keeping the hold on our money. Worst policy ever!!!!! The employees at the store were very understanding as their hands are tied by corporate. Would give zero stars if possible!!!

Did exactly what I needed at the CopyMax side in under 15 minutes. Great job printing, copying and laminating. Also was able to check out my other items with my print job. Excellent-- which is why I drive from another nearby town if I need print job assistance!

Office max as a company is pretty middle of the road to me, but the employee Tony was absolutely wonderful, this is such a good store.If the rest of the store is managed this way then itll be one of the big boxes that works

We needed a couple of shelving/cabinet units and a desk. The manager worked with us very much to get what we needed and even added in a discount. They loaded everything in my truck.Just exactly how a buying experience should be!

Brought my laptop in for repair. Charged me over $200,informed me that they had to install the Windows 7 again.That was fine, until I got home and started getting notificationsthat I had to enter my Windows product key. My original product key nolonger worked and they did not have a product key for theWindows 7 they had installed. After five trips to the store, andmultiple excuses and no fix, they advised me to look on eBay!Next, I contacted Microsoft who stated I no longer had a genuine Windows system and were unable to help me. Unbelievable. Had to go out and buy a new computer...elsewhere. Will not be back.

Randy was the best today (12/08/17). He saved me from an unnecessary additional purchase and took the time to actually assist me in getting on the internet to set up an account so I could install new software. (all my efforts with the software folks failed miserably) Thanks so much and that is why I like shopping at Office Max!

Have always had decent luck until today. Told the kid we were limited on space and didnt want to spend much more than $100 on a printer. He didnt hear one thing we said and showed me the $200-$400 printers and the ink for these printers was $75-$100. Finally got away from him and grabbed a printer we researched and felt would be good for our needs and some ink. At the check out, the same kid rang me up and instead of listening to the number I gave him so we could redeem $19 worth of credits, he was texting someone. When he was finally done he entered the number and said we didnt have any credits. Then I asked him to enter a code for $10 off of $50, which he entered wrong and he wouldnt re enter it, said it wouldnt work anyway. Absolutely terrible and the management needs to be more involved with their associates, or just in the store period. Asked for the manager and was told he/she wasnt available. My wife and I will shop on Amazon from now on and take our chances of even getting the right thing we ordered.

Printing supervisor very unfriendly. I called the store the day before I was able to get to the store and spoke to a young lady that seemed very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to bring with me to order a notary stamp. When I got to the store the next day I was helped by a lady that was unfriendly I told her I needed to order a notary stamp, she responded with what do you want on it? I explained to her that the sweet young lady I talked to the day before was very knowledgeable and told me what to bring with me and they would get the information that needed to be included on the stamp because I was not 100% sure. I told her I tried to order it online but for some reason Missouri was not an option she went to the computer and about five minutes later she asks me what my name is I tell her she writes it down so I asked her do you need my middle initial because thats whats on my certificate she proceeds to turn the computer screen around so I could see it and says to me all it tells me is your name. I once again explained that I spoke with someone the day before and she said you guys do a lot of these in store she even told me what I needed to bring. She then informed me that she is the supervisor of the printing department. At that point I knew with a supervisor with an attitude like that I was getting nowhere I ordered the stamp and will hope for the best.

My fiancé frequently uses this store and I would say 2 out of 3 times she has to return to the store to have an error fixed. Today she sent me to pick up her order and the service was so horrible I decided to take time out of my day off to write this. I went to where I usually pick up her orders and was told it was not there, which was no big deal maybe there was a miscommunication or an error on the website. The lady helping me asked for help because she was new, and the employee who came to “help” was absolutely hateful. I think her name was Bri, I know it started with a B. She immediately had an attitude and her only qualifying question for my dilemma was “when did you place the order?” I said approximately 90 minutes ago, the website said it would be ready in an hour. She replied back with an attitude, “THATS why it’s not ready, we’re busy”. She had an attitude our entire interaction and this is our usual experience with this business. Luckily some competition has recently come into town and they will be getting every opportunity to beat the lousy service that OfficeMax provides time and time again. I highly recommend avoiding this location! They do not care about providing a quality product nor their relationship with this community and customers.

I went to this location last night around 6:30 intending to spend lots of money. The lady that started to help us pushed us off to another employee, this employee was a young man who only works part time we did not know this at the time. He was very nice and seemed that he had answers to our questions. Then the manager who was listening from afar interpreted us and told us that he was a part time employee and though he knew what he was talking about he would feel more comfortable if we came back at 8 in the morning and ask for 2 different employees. Then took my name and number and said he would call us. Still havent heard from anyone... my experince suck at this place id rather take a hour dive to staples.
