My son has been going here about 1 1/2 years. From the beginning we were welcomed like a part of a family. Along with self defense he has learned confidence and self esteem. It has even helped him want to better himself and open himself up to learning Japanese.

My boys have been learning Ninjutsu at Elevo Dynamics for 3 years now and they Love Hakim and his qualified staff of trainers. My son has been bullying at school. I took him to Elevo Dynamics to a “test” in order to find out if he was a candidate for Self Defense classes. I was almost sure that he would not be interested on the classes because he has never showed any interest in Martial Arts or sports. For my surprise at the end of the test my son looked at me and said: mom I want this!My son has autism, he is 17 in his chronological age, but in social skills he was between 8-12 when he started Elevo Dynamic around a year ago. My son is not only learning Self Defense at Elevo Dynamics: he’s improving his coordination, he’s getting confident in himself and he’s more mature.Something really important of this wonderful place is that integrated the families. This is a beautiful facility and the instructors are awesome. They are very attentive to their students etc. The reason they are getting a low review from us is we filled out paperwork to not renew the year contract (before the contract date) and was advised we would not be billed etc. In addition, we were advised that someone from their “finance” department would contact us about the cancellation. Not only did no one contact us but we were billed again for the service.*** I have edited this post due to the prompt nature that Elevo responded to me in regards to my concern. I would recommend this facility to anyone and would in the future. **

My husband and boys have been attending the Toshindo Ninjistu school for many years now. They have all grown with respect, dignity, discipline and most of all highest level of confidence. I enjoy the 24 hour gym access as well. I highly recommend this establishment for all children including those with disabilities, beings I have one myself who is doing great as well.

I have been going to elevo dynamics for about a year now and I am glad I made the decision to pick this facility. The staff is very friendly, the gym is always clean, and has a good selection of machines and weight lifting areas. I also take the cardio kickboxing class M-T at 6:20pm and is very fun they always mix up the routines and you get a good workout out of it. The owner is always around if you have any questions, hes very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym to sign up at Elevo Dynamics.

Great place to learn and train in martial arts. Ive been attending Kali and Silat for over two years and drive 40 minutes one way because there is no schools in my area. The instructor is dedicated to his work and teaches skills that can be used in real life scenarios. I feel every level I achieve is earned. I also enjoy hands on training with top ranking martial artist at elevo dynamic seminars. Always a friendly environment and clean facility. I would recommend this place to anyone. Have been going to this gym for a year and I couldn’t love it anymore than I already do. The staff is very friendly, the facility is always clean and there’s a wide variety of machines and exercise areas. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the Fayetteville area.

Elevo Dynamics is a one of a kind state of the art facility. The energy in this place is phenomenal and the warm family atmosphere is surely another incentive to keep you coming back. Elevo offers a variety of fitness activities for all ages, beginning with its specialized Martial Arts, taught by the best. The kickboxing experience is both challenging yet accommodating. The gym is equipped with a huge selection of state of the art equipment. If you chose not to partake of martial arts or kickboxing, you can work out at the gym on site while you wait for your friend, child, spouse or whomever. It is the first and only DOJYM I have ever encountered. Its 2 in 1 (a Do Jo and a Gym). The staff is professional, cordial and well skilled. There simply is no other place like Elevo Dynamics. Its everything I need, a variety of options, great atmosphere, safety, challenging and its patrons are friendly and helpful. Youve got to experience this place at least once, but then again, thats impossible.

This place is amazing! Whether youre looking for fitness, self development, self defenses classes, or any combination of the above, Elevo Dynamics has it. Hakim is an incredible instructor with 30+ years background in martial arts and I couldnt recommend him and his program and facility enough.

Don’t sign the contract and don’t let your spouse sign it because you can never get out of it! They don’t care if you can’t afford it or can no longer attend, they just want your money. They continue to take our money even though she hasn’t been in months. Read the ridiculous cancellation policy on the website( you can only cancel if you have to move, get deployed). I hate this company and the fact that they are drafting $171 each month. Cancelling by calling the bank isn’t unethical, their policy is. I will remove this review if they allow cancellation.

I signed up to try their program and my work schedule changed so I couldnt attend classes. They wouldnt let me cancel. I offered to pay a cancellation fee and they said there wasnt one. Months later with no notice, no bills at all, I get a call from a collections agency demanding over $500. This is all over a gym membership, which Im not using because I cant attend the classes anyway.Also their classes consist of reciting information from their website and a series of horribly childish activities like sommersaults. Most of their students are teenage or preteen boys. Most classes no girls attended and most students leave every class without having broken a sweat at all. They practice pre-memorized self defense moves, but not sparring to actually try and use their skills. There is an incredible amount of BS about elements and suedo mystical nonsense. The head instructor does not teach most of the classes. Hes too busy with his other money making ventures like book writing to bother with teaching. The main instructor I had was only a first degree black belt in the art and had little to no teaching experience.Also they have no hygiene - one kid peeled a large number of pieces of skin off his feet in the middle of class and no one stopped him. He just left a pile of skin bits on the floor for everyone to walk around. One of the grossest things Ive ever seen.Just for perspective, I had seven years of martial arts experience before starting at this place. Including a second degree black belt in Kung Fu and training at 4 other schools (I moved around and switched from taekwondo to kung fu) over the years). I never saw any place act like this!

I have watched his abilities grow and enhance many other facets of his life to blossom a shy, little boy into a strong, confident young man. For a young man with ADHD, his abilities to stay focused and on task without medications has far exceeded what his providers said they ever would. He has learned a quiet self-confidence mixed with a burning desire to continue on with his training to better reach his goal of becoming a black belt. I never have to remind him to practice or study. He knows when its stripe/belt week. His instructors have been a blessing; inspiring and encouraging him to not only work to his potential but to strive to go beyond; to never quit. In a day and age of children thinking things should be handed to them, here they are required to do the work, to practice in order to move on to the next stripe, the next belt. Watching his confidence grow has been a true blessing. We are so thankful and proud to be a part of the training and friendships with our Elevo family! Elevo for life!

I am so happy we found this place! They have an Amazing staff, and I love the fact they teach modern day Ninja classes! My son is learning how to truly protect himself in the real world and I wouldnt have him training anywhere else!

Big shout out to Hakim and the staff at Elevo Dynamics!!!Our son started Ninjitsu classes in April, and a few days ago he earned his red stripe (last step before graduating to his next belt). There have been times when he didnt want to go, but we reminded him that he wanted to do this, and made a commitment. Even on the toughest of days getting him to class, he had fun and learned so much. I truly feel Ninjitsu has helped build his confidence, and assisted in his ability to focus.I dont know that hell do it forever and become a black belt, but I am confident that if anyone tries to hurt or take him, he will know what to do to keep himself safe 💗

This is a great place. My kids attended their ninja survival camp and had an great time working with wonderful people who truly love what they do. If I could give six stars, I would!

We signed our daughter up based on recommendations. The ninjutsu part is not the problem. The administrative side of things is the problem. It is a disaster and everyone you talk to you get a different answer on things. In May I spoke with one of the girls at the front desk about how my daughter would not be here the entire month of June and July because she would be having surgery. She said no problem, we will put the account on hold. I assumed she did since no payment came out in June. It wasnt until the end of July I noticed a payment came out for July and then another payment in August even though my husband went in several times and called several times to cancel and was told by Brent that he does not deal with that side of things and would have Angela call him. Angela NEVER called and he kept calling and going by and nothing. Then at the end of August when he was TDY, he gets a phone call from Brent saying Oh you have to come in and sign some paperwork to cancel. My husband said he would come in as soon as he got back. They still took a payment out in September even though they knew we were canceling. We told them we had to cancel because our daughter plays recreational soccer and got picked up for the travel soccer team which practices 3 days a week and travels on the weekend. Our contract was up back in June and we were on a month to month. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone due to no one on staff is on the same page and it truly seems like they just want money. They basically took almost $300 from us that they are not willing to work with us to give back even though our daughter didnt go to 1 classy from June to present.

Weve been coming to Elevo for almost two years now. Our son has been in their Ninjutsu Self Defense program since age 5 and it has been amazing for him. He struggles with ADHD and the trials that go along with focusing, impulse control, and being still. Those are things that are expected as a Ninja and it gives him an outlet to work on them. Hakim and the rest of the staff treat their students with respect and expect it in return. I love that they expect the same behavior in class to follow them outside of the dogym at home and school. They work with parents when needed to help correct and learn from poor behavior and choices. A belt earned can still be a belt taken away and have to be earned again. They teach so many things beyond self defense that will further help students in every day life. Our son has grown and shown so much potential that goes beyond his ADHD. They work with him and understand, but they dont treat him differently. They know what he is capable of and push him to the best of his ability, because they know he CAN. He really enjoys Ninjutsu and the dogym and all the staff members and cannot wait to earn his black belt! Weve enjoyed watching his confidence and knowledge increase and the rest of the students blossom over the time that we have been there!

A perfect facility for busy families! This is the first gym that Ive been to where your entire family can be involved in physical activities. Its great. There are all types of options for martial arts training, cardio training and it also has awesome workout machines. One of the best features is that you can workout anytime of the day with the 24 hour access in a safe environment in Downtown Fayetteville. You have to see it to believe it!

Love this place! The only place around that offers a homeschool ninjutsu class that fits my schedule. My husband and two boys take ninjutsu here and they all love it. It has really helped develop their physical fitness, confidence, and self-esteem. It is a very positive environment and the atmosphere is one of encouragement rather than competition, which is very different than what you find at so many martial arts facilities. There are lots of opportunities for enrichment,service, and community involvement as well. Highly recommend for top-notch instruction and facilities!

What a great place! The gym atmosphere is relaxing and unintimidating, there is a very pleasant energy all about, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Of the Ninjutsu students I had the pleasure of training with, all were very friendly and engaging, and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. As a Long Distance To-Shin Do student I not only enjoyed the opportunity to train here but left with some great new in-sites. I look forward to the next time I get a chance to come here again to train, and would highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking to learn authentic Ninjutsu martial arts, and wants to train with and learn from positive, friendly, and skilled individuals.

Elevo Dynamics is a great self defense dojo and Gym or Dojym. My son has been taking the the Ninjutsu and the FCS Kali classes for a year. These classes have built his self esteem and he is more outgoing now. The staff are knowledgeable and always there to help and train

I am in law enforcement. When it comes to my profession, many of the other local facilities have no concept of UOF (Use of Force) requirements. I have had several OTHER dojos tell me they never focus on anything except civilian self-defense. This is a big issue for law enforcement and civilian personnel alike. A “reasonable person standard” for self-defense applies to all people utilizing self-defense techniques. Hakim is well versed in UOF and has plenty of experience working with law enforcement personnel. He doesn’t just show you a technique, he also explains the techniques and their proper application. Every one of Elevos classes is centered around drills which increase your reflexes and instill second nature-like reactions to solve a myriad of problems. At Elevo Dynamics you spend about five minutes going over a single form at the beginning of class. The remainder of your time is spent with a partner so you’re getting hands on. The skills youll develop will definitely help you survive the first 3 seconds (the most critical 3 seconds) of any encounter and beyound. It is easy to find a dojo of many kinds in the fayettville area. I did a great amount of searching myself. I am primarily a Krav Maga enthusiast with Kali being something I always hoped to do “next”. There are plenty of Krav places around the area. The major driving force behind me choosing Elevo was the staff. Hakim is an extremely genuine individual and very experienced in the subject matter he teaches. Theres a total sense of community in the class. Hakim has a structured schedule but loves what he does and ocassionally schedules meetups on the weekends. Many of the other places Ive walked into tried to give me the old sales pitch. The instructors from several OTHER local dojos tended to have a superiority complex. Hakim is down to earth, humble and incredibly approachable. Elevos classes our definitely a great place to decompress and have some fun but gain self-defense skills. Self-defense skills which will definitely get you out of a compromised position. There are several different types of self defense besides kali. The pricing is far better than other places that have entry fees stacked on to insane monthly installments. The facility is beautifully designed for lack of a much better word. The facility itself is also a gym and I have yet to see it crowded but it has everything you need for every muscle group. Overall bottom line up front is Elevo Dynamics is firing on all cylinders.

Last month on our first visit to America and Fayetteville my family and l had the wonderful opportunity to visit ,train and experience all that is Elevo Dynamics at the Dojym in Fayetteville. We had just traveled across the pond all the way from the Land Of Oz, (Australia). My first impression of the Dojym was how friendly, approachable and accommodating Hakim, Angela, the staff, instructors, students and their families were. I noticed the state of the art gym equipment that was in the gym area, The Dojo area was full of energy, enthusiasm, positivity, families training together and students of all ages. It quickly became apparent how much was available from the after school care program, Martial Arts - practicing the art of To Shin Do and FCS Kali. Learning surviving skills on a lot of different levels and a whole lot more. Have you ever asked yourself How can i become more confident, have better self esteem, become fitter, stronger, more empowered, enlightened as well as having the ability to defend myself? Well here is the answer. You do not have to look any further for personal self improvement because Elevo Dynamics at the Dojym is the answer you may be looking for.
