We did a girls night out and a great time was had by all.

I started attending classes a few weeks ago and since day 1, Ive been hooked! Tracey is amazing! Shes so friendly, patient and genuine and its a fun and judgement-free zone! Ive been to one of Heathers classes, as well, and shes just as awesome! I cant wait to try the other classes. Even if youre shy, youll feel 100% comfortable and meet new people that youll now have a common interest with. I highly recommend this studio!

I enjoy coming here. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable! Its like a family vibe there.Each class is a workout. Something new and sexy to learn all the time.

I love this place! I started in January after having abdominal surgery. They were patient and helped me to rebuild my core. These amazing ladies work as a team to make everyone feel beautiful and sexy without discriminating against your size or race! I love this place like no other and will never leave! It becomes to be a second family! Encouraging atmosphere. The fears I had when I first started were definitely gone after a few classes. It is harder than it looks but after doing it for a while, Ive already seen the changes body wise and confidence wise. Lovely studio! I love the tall poles as well as the sexy blacklights that are oh so forgiving. Shoes or no shoes its still a really fun workout! Plus the other classes they offer off the pole are fun as well! If youre thinking about doing it, put on your I dont care what people think sneakers on and get down there for some fun and you time!!
