I absolutely love this place. My children have been in the Muay Thai classes for two months, and are always eager to attend. I am seeing an increase in confidence in both kids, and I feel that my son is gaining discipline and regulation. I just started attending myself, and have been thrilled with the experience so far. I find the cost to be incredibly fair...much less than I had anticipated. Everyone I have come into contact with is friendly, and the coaches are encouraging and helpful.

To call this martial arts school just a school does not do it justice. ICSNWA is a family. From the minute you walk through the door, you are welcomed with open arms by teachers and students alike regardless of skill-level, sex, gender, creed, color, age, etc. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and truly love the arts they teach. They are patient and willing to tailor the training to your needs. The school is clean, intimate, and well-appointed. The prices are beyond fair. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a visit!

Im very happy with my experience at this school, as its welcoming, and everyone that Ive met is friendly and helpful. Im older (68) and was hesitant about starting classes (am doing it to challenge myself). I cant believe how much I enjoy the classes, and look forward to learning so much more. Im doing BJJ classes twice a week and Coach Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I took a few Muay Thai classes and absolutely loved them, but felt that would be too hard on my older body, so am switching to the FMA class. Sifu Nguyen is an amazing instructor and highly skilled in numerous styles of martial arts., and obviously loves teaching. Additionally, the cost is affordable. You simply cannot go wrong taking classes here.

Great new school with very well rounded options for every Martial Arts interest. Sifu Nguyen has a variety of knowledge and brings it all to the table. Whether it be striking or weapons, she can improve anyones game. For the ground portion, they are a Carlos Machado Affiliate and their BJJ instructor Thomas Phillips is already a highly regarded ground coach and adding his direct training with Carlos Machado will only make him that much better. Outstanding welcoming and fun atmosphere with a very great team.
