To whom it may concernI would like to take time out of my day to say thank you to Ms.Julie for always being so polite and welcoming whenever I enter into the center. She is always smiling and has the best attitude. Ms. Julie always address the kids with good morning or how was your weekend and informs us of any events going on in the center. I know I am not speaking for myself when I say she makes this place rocks and my family I love her. The staff is very nice as well. Seeing the children smile coming into this center says it all for me. Please give Julie Whittock and her staff 2 thumbs up a jump and a turn in the air for doing a fabulous job. Watching my child learn and develope has been a blessing and God sent. Looking at the excitement on my child’s face about coming to school makes me a proud mother and I can relax and enjoy work knowing my child is in good hands. Ms. Julie, the center director is absolutely phenomenal. She is professional, kind, and most importantly- loves the children within her care. She takes any issues very seriously and is always there to help with family concerns and needs. My first child attended this center and when my second child came along later, I drove out of my way each day to make sure she is cared for in a loving, professional environment. I cannot say enough good things about this center! I wish I could take them with me when we move!!

We absolutely love KinderCare Lakewood dr! Our son has thrived both developmentally, emotionally and socially! We feel safe as parents knowing our son is in good hands while we’re of at work ! Staff, teachers, chef, assistant director and director are all friendly and super accommodating! We are so thankful for the hard work the staff at Kinderkare put in on daily basis to ensure our children remain healthy (covid free) , sanitary measures taken, nurtured, educated and emotionally happy !🥰Thank you for everything !❤️❤️The Macks❤️❤️

I absolutely LOVE KinderCare. I have been with them since 2016 when they were still the Fayetteville Child Care Center. Ms. Julie and her staff are incredible! Very professional and have great experience. Both my daughters made tremendous progress while attending their center. The food is also very delicious and nutritious. Both my daughters were potty trained within two weeks thanks to their help and consistency in the center. The classrooms have great curriculums for learning as well. I feel very safe with my daughters attending their center. They have great safety measures put in place, especially with Covid, and are great at communicating anything that is going on at the center or with my child specifically.

We transferred to this daycare mid-COVID and they have been amazing. The daycare is clean, there is a lot of attention to COVID guidelines, and the parents all respect the rules. Then, there is the general staff and curriculum here, and both are really great. My children have learned so much and this is truly a preschool atmosphere. The director and all teachers are attentive to the child and parent and I am so happy that we moved our children here. Highly recommend!

I have a 10 month old and a 2 year old and have been very picking about choosing a center for my girls as I am sure most parents are.I was going to wait before writing a review since this place is so new but I have never had a daycare go so above and beyond to accommodate the parents and children. Miss Julie and her assistant are wonderful. They are also starting a creative workshop I can not wait to see what my toddler learns using this educational program!they are offering. They are genuine and love what they do!

As the other reviewer said, there are endless good things to be said about this child care center. My son started when he was 6 weeks old, and his first day was also their first day open. That was almost 2 years ago. Ive had a daughter since, who now goes there as well. The teachers are beyond great. In just the past few months, I have been even more grateful for them. My husband has been away at training for 3 months now, and Ms. Julie, Ms. Rhi, as well as all of my childrens teachers have been incredibly helpful with making at least one aspect of my life a little easier. I work full time, and most mornings I am literally running into the center hand in hand with my toddler, and carrying my 9 month old and a lunch bag. Ms. Annette has been so kind to me, even though sometimes I basically just dump my baby, and all her stuff, in her arms so that I can rush off to work. I forget things, Im late, Im always in a hurry, Im stressed...but they are still always so kind, helpful, and pleasant. This facility is one that I treasure and I am so thankful that I didnt have to ever go on a waiting list because I know, for a fact, that I would not be nearly as happy anywhere else!

The facility is a very nice and clean facility and I was very impressed with it, until Julie over stepped her bounds and did something no one should have done. She filed a false complaint to social worker on my grandson stating she had documented evidence of his behavior since October, however I have all his daily behavior reports that I personally turned over, since September showing otherwise, than to further her lie, used my name in vain to show just cause for her complaint as if I was going to back her lie up. Julie the on-call worker you was working with no longer have her job on how she handle this debacle, and I will be taking it further up your corporate,. I do not tolerate you using my name in your lie to try and take my grandson away from my children. That was very unprofessional and than call my phone 12 times the day after Martin Luther King Holiday asking why they withdrew him and did something happen. The on call- lady unprofessionally gave us your name and a copy of the three page typed paper of complaints on our three year old grandson behavior and how you made it seem like I filed the complaint and not you, on your daycare letter head. I will never recommend this Child Care. I will make sure I distribute this around for parent, Child Care and professional to see exactly what took place. I am due to due a live commercial and will also do a small segment on this as well. I think this something parents needs to know. There are the few that rated this facility well, I am speaking for the ones, who you have done this to and think they dont have a voice. You must have forgotten in the beginning, I gave you a brief back ground of what we do and how involve we are in the community. I will make sure I become a strong advocate for the community on how this Child Care targeted a three through documented proven false accusation, this is just not my words, this is now officially documented.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this facility!! My husband and I toured several daycare centers in the area before our daughter was born and this was BY FAR the nicest center in town. Ms. Julie and Ms. Rhi were so warm and welcoming when they showed us around the center and all of the teachers that we met where so nice. We enrolled our daughter in the infant 1 class when she was 6 weeks old and she has been at the center ever since. The facility is always pristine and everyone greats you by name when you come in. Every month they work with the kids on art projects to bring home and decorate the rooms with themes for the month. They have monthly Parents night out along with parent appreciation breakfasts and other social events throughout the year and Ms. Julie keeps in constant contact with all of the parents to update us on what is going on at the center. Our daughter loves being at Fayetteville CCC and gets so excited every morning when we walk in. I am so thankful we found such an amazing place and our daughter will definitely be attending here until she is old enough for Kindergarten.

Great facility. My son loves it there. Staff great. No complaints.
