The CEO of the company is extremely rude. She kept telling me and the rest of the students in our CNA bridge class how much of a waste of time we were. She was disrespectful and very unprofessional. She seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than teaching this class. How can someone who teaches people how to be respectful to our residents when she is downgrading her students and speaking to them like they are worth less than the gum on the bottom of her shoes. I hope i NEVER have to see her again. My experience was awful and i hope whoever goes through them for the health care schooling has thick skin and a lot of patience.

I took their CNA course online during the height of covid for 3 weeks from April into May 2020. I have reached out multiple times asking for them to email certain forms to me so I could get into a facility with my NAR and then schedule the clinical portions with them. At first it was Katie, and I never heard back. I called multiple times last summer in hopes to get it figured out before my kids returned to remote learning- I never heard back. Then suddenly in September it was a different person who said I had to attend the clinical starting the following week. That short notice was not doable given my children’s remote learning at that time, which I told her. She said she’d call back. I never heard from her. I called again in November and left a voicemail and never heard from them. Mind you, I had spent over $600 for this class and only had the online portion done, I still needed my clinical hours and hands on portion. I finally gave up contacting them. They promised they’d email me all the forms in May 2020, they never did. I called over and over requesting for the forms and times and dates to get things rolling and was not informed about anything until the Friday before for 1 of the clinical dates. I wasn’t given any other dates, just the 1 option out of the entire year. Thankfully I do have my NAR, but I cannot do much with it until I finish my clinical hours so I may schedule my exam. Oh, and I took the online BLS class and have yet to receive my certificate with it. DO NOT go here. As a company they are awful.I will say that their instructor, Teri, was absolutely wonderful. She was the only positive experience with them.

I have had a good experience at Health Professionals Institute, and I believe that anyone else that is studious and willing to set their ego aside to get along with other people will too. The school was kind enough to enroll me and several others into additional certification programs free of charge after a scheduling conflict between CNA lectures and those of other programs as well as help us in our job search afterword. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience.

I took the HCA bridge to CNA class back in October 2020 and I have yet to do clinical as when we finished the class they said we can wait for them to find a place to do clinical. if you didnt want to find a place yourself. Here it is June 2021 and still no call back or email on when I can do clinical. I been call every month and I get the same answer we will call you back after we call a place for you. And at this point its a waist of time cause and I just want my money back and go to another training class that I can actually get clinicals done and do my state test and be done. So if you dont have a place to do clinical please dont give these people your money.

My experience with this school been very bad. They dont know what theyre doing, they are not organized, and most importantly, they dont care if you succeed or not, From the beginning to the end, things just got worse. When I first went to the class online for the theory part, the instructor was destructed and interrupted all the time by other staff, and she would leave to take care of other things, while we were left to wait for her to return, Things didnt get better when we went for the skills. There were a lot of people there, maybe about 30, no social distancing whatsoever, there was only 1 mannequin to work with, and only 3 stations with beds that were not functional. Very cheap place that charge a lot of money. My advise is to take your money somewhere else, where they are providing enough stations and enough supplies for everyone, and where they are invested in your success. I feel bad they I gave them my money.

HPI was fantastic, everyone on campus is helpful and amazing. Since completing my program, Ive gotten job offers at some great local hospitals. The staff and program Director went out of their way to insure I understood the materials and clinical procedures with great detail. Its a perfect place to start a nursing career. Thank You Everyone At Health Professionals Institute!!

Why is people giving good reviews, false advertisement everywhere, the cost its higher than the one advertised, the staff is very unprofessional, no one never knows whats going on, the advertised classes dates are never respected and they change dates constantly. Look for something else unless you want to pay for really unprofessional and non worth program

I took the CNA class here during COVID so the lectures were online, but the instructors were great. I had Terry & Madhuri for lecture & I had Michael for lab skills & he was fantastic. There was some miscommunication for a bit, but they’re on top of everything for the most part.

The staff are so unprofessional, they can’t answer any questions. I called them, they couldn’t answer any questions. I made appointment with them, to register for EKG program, I drove 1 hour to get there, they didn’t know anything or gave me wrong answers. I can’t trust them.

Before you finish the class for good (If not thinking about being employed by them) be sure to have them help you with any forms you need for Dept of Health. The paperwork is such a nuisance. But yes the class was simple and to the point. Broken down to laymans term. Although the location is an inconvenience; it may be worth the knowledge you will gain. I love this place. It is amazing. I went here for for my CNA training and I had wonderful experience. The instructor, Ms. Madhuri, is amazing human being. She is kind, understanding, assiduous, and the list goes on. I am currently working for this agency and let me say, I am satisfied. The instructor really prepares you, and if you work hard, believe me the agency will notice you.

Very disappointed with this school. They do not keep their words at all. I failed to attend the clinicals on the assigned date because of reasons beyond my control and because of the urgency I had in getting my CNA license the owner had assured me that as soon as I get the required document she will make time for me to do the clinicals( in 2 days) . As i write this its been two weeks of calling them and no concrete answer. Update, I finally spoke the lady and had everything sorted. Thank you for taking time to listen to me.

FIrst off let me say that the front desk staff was amazing and super helpful. However, the owner made the three days I was there for the bridge program the worst three days of any type of education/training I have ever experienced. This is coming from someone that has attended three colleges and multiple training for work. The owner is so rude and condescending not only to those in her class but to the staff she worked with as well, including the LPN that helped her from the nursing facility. From simply asking a question she implied that I did not show my patients empathy or respect. Also, for a facility that has been doing this for many years they were not up to date on what Washington state accepted for the bridge program (she tried to say that Washington updated things and did not tell her, although, Washingtons last update was in 2017) I literally had to fight to be in this bridge since it was the only MA-NAC bridge offered in the area. They were also not organized at all. You are given a book the first day and expected to take an exam (which for those who already work in healthcare it should not be too hard, but for those who have only done home-care aid work it could be challenging). Which is setting people up for failure. Also, there was no structure and the poor RN who was trying to teach was interrupted every five minutes. As far as the extern goes there is no structure you just walk around hoping they have what you need to be checked off on because god forbid you have to go back to her (the owner) and hope she is in a good mood to pass you.I have never felt so mistreated or set up for failure as a student. I wish that there would have been another program in the area because after day one I would have gone somewhere else. I had to wait to write this review until after I had my certificate in hand to avoid retaliation because the owner is that bipolar. I would not recommend this school to anyone. If you have to do a bridge from MA-CNA for a school just make sure you keep your head down low and your mouth shut.May the odds be in your favor.

I love this agency and the instructor, Ms. Madhuri. I learned from the instructor and I work for the agency. I am really happy with this agency, the best one I ever worked for. They are kind, understanding, and really love their employees. They have all the qualities you look for in a company. The instructor really wants her students to be successful and be the best nurses out there. If you work for her agency, you will get all kinds of certifications that will help you earn more money in the future for FREEE. Love it.
