I was very impressed with Daniel at 2Netsolutions. He went way above and beyond to fix my (older) laptop. He installed a used ssd hard drive for very cheap (which is performing 3x faster than my previous drive) and he installed W10 at no extra cost after he diagnosed my laptop and knew W10 would be the best OS for me going fwd. Very honest and willing to work with you. Unfortunately my computer is fried and needs a new motherboard, which I suspected, but this kind gentleman confirmed through diagnosis that I dont have the equipment to do! Directions do take you to a neighborhood as hes currently working from home but no need to be alarmed. Some of the best CS Ive ever received for laptop repair.

My sons laptop lcd shattered two weeks into online learning. Daniel looked up the price of the screen repair and after talking to him he recommended that we use an external screen. We did that and that saved us so my son can continue online learning. My son will be saving his money to fix the screen and once he has it saved we will call Daniel to set up the repair! My laptop stopped working. The screen went black. I read a bunch of reviews on different computer repair stores. 2netsolutions had the best reviews. I called up Daniel and he told me to bring it in. Fast, worked with my budget. Did everything he said he would. Location needs to be updated. Works out of his home office now. Not too far from the store location though.

Took my laptop to him at his house and he was super quick with the diagnosis and said he was able to fix it. He upgraded the OS to windows 10 and charged a fair amount for the time and labor. Highly recommended regardless of the problems you have with you computer!
