I didnt want to give them even a star because the transportation call center or whatever they are are very rude, and do not have good customer service skills , they dont listen to your concerns for your children walking to the bus stop or on the bus, they make rude remarks, and will cut you off while your talking, no one answers the phone and you will mostly get a voice mail. But they are very quick to try to suspend a child off the bus or to call a parent concerning their child if they are misbehaving. Ive had so many problems with the call center and , the poorly trained bus drivers. I Hate I have to put my childs safety in their hands!

Awesome place to work could do with more pay. Since other school districts are paying more.

No buses for iep disabled kids this year

Bus driver is very inconsistent with arrival time and seems to resent having to do anything that resembles modification or accomidation in order to give my son the best chance of getting to school. I shouldnt have to fight her so much to modify her normal routine to the small degree that I have, which costs her a toot on the horn and 60 sec, in order to give my son the tools he needs to succeed in getting to school, he deals with enough during his school day, faces challenges others kids dont have, yet shes left us hi and dry more than a couple of times and told an out right lie or misrepresented her actions to justify herself. There is no justification for not transporting my son to school without accommodating his needs or doing so in a half hearted manner, while resenting it.. COME ON SCHOOL SUPPORT THE STUDENT.
