I really enjoyed attending classes through Crystal Point. Dee was a wonderful instructor and shared a lot of information that made it less intimidating for me to go into a facility having zero background working in the medical field.

I took this course during the COVID pandemic, and Dee made it work successfully! Zoom classes fulfilled the theory and skills portion (still had opportunities to practice the skills at school safely), which were helpful in solidifying our knowledge. She reviewed the daily quizzes with us, answered any questions about the material and the process of becoming a CNA, and she also gave us tips for the state test. Even better, she makes the class FUN. She shares real-life experiences as a nurse, and its actually enjoyable to be in class. She owns and runs her class. Support small, women and minority-owned businesses! TAKE HER COURSE IF YOU WANT TO BE A CNA.

I had a great experience at the Crystal Point CNA Training School when preparing to be Certified for a Nursing Assistant Licence. Miss Dee taught us the important parts of health care and how to do certain skills on addressing and helping the patients as well as the team members. The zoom classes were not only fun, entertaining and interesting, they were also very informative. I took my exams and passed without a hitch. I strongly recommend this school for anyone wanting to be a CNA, with Miss Dee as your teacher I will say Hakuna Matata😃.

Great school! They are so flexible. They helped and support me whenever they can help. I went to the training school without any appointment but Dee and her IT and admin Apple helped me to schedule my state examination and renew my NAR. Excellent taffs! I would highly recommend!

Excellent CNA training. I really enjoyed the classes and clinical training. After graduating I came back to practice for my state exam while helping new students. One of the best ways to practice a skill is by teaching others. I passed both my written and skills exams a few weeks later. Thank you, Dee, for providing the great training. Teacher is friendly and approachable, taught us all the skills needed to pass the state exam. Classroom was clean and well organized, contained everything necessary for learning to be a CNA. Has good connections with outside facilities for doing clinicals and finding a job. Would recommend.

Such an amazing experience. Dee (instructor) is extremely knowledgeable in the healthcare field & she invests this knowledge & experience into her students. She genuinely cares about your success & it shows, because she will assits you with job placement. If you happen to think you dont have the time or too crazy of a schedule she does everything she can to work with you. Just like anyone else I found these classes on google. Well I followed through and must say.... DEE IS AMAZING ! SHES absolutely hilarious and makes class soo fun ! You learn so much from her ! And her assistant Peter and her make a perfect team ! He is also amazing and so sweet !!! I have learned so much at Crystal Point and can finally get started on my career thanks to Ms.Dee and Peter !!! If I could give a million stars I would!

My experience with Crystal Point CNA was rather delightful. The whole staff is so welcoming, the classes were engaging, and the book is so easy to read and understand. Both instructors have a deep passion for nursing that is easily seen in the way they teach and talk about healthcare. In addition, they provide free coffee in the morning! There was a wide range of ages in my class and we all did very well in the daily quizzes which proves that this school is effective in teaching anybody basic healthcare. I highly recommend this school!

Crystal Point is a great school for those looking for excellent CNA training. Dee (the instructor) is a very knowledgeable woman with a lot of experience in the Nursing healthcare field. She is very caring for her students, is a awesome teacher, and has a great facility to learn and practice skills and material. THE BEST!!!!Even though I didnt get to stay for the whole training, I was very happy that I registered at this facility. Every staff and teachers were very nice, polite , caring and knowledgeable . They wanted the best for you and very encouraging. The facility is clean, new and very equipped with everything needed for your training.
