They are the sweetest people! they fixed my computer and my galaxy tab. They took the time to help me to reset my passwords and get back into my Facebook and email accounts.

I was in Battle Lake on vacation and my lap top crashed, called computer hero to have it fixed. I was able to drop it off the same day. Excellent customer service and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Used them for multiple services. Their response was great, they understood my problem (it was quite complicated, to me, anyhow...) and acted rapidly to expedite a fix. Courteous every step of the way, and prompt. Will definitely be using them again, no questions asked. Already referred other people to them. GREAT JOB!!!!

A main server/hard-drive went out in my office during my peak season. Within an hour, Computer Hero came on-site and protected that hard-drive from further damage, recovered the (irreplaceable) data, installed the new server, imported the recovered data, and then made suggestion on how to prevent possible data loss in the future (cloud, mirrored hard-drive, etc). I figured the bill was going to be upwards of a $1000; especially considering it was an unscheduled, emergency visit. But when I got the bill, it was so low it wasnt even memorable. Thanks Computer Hero! Excited about the Battle Lake branch too as Ive got another business in that direction!

Fixed my locked computer, saved all my data, and got rid of a scam computer repair company that had control of my computer and all my personal data. Jim then installed a firewall to protect us in the future. Definitely our go-to in the future!

I was visiting friends up in the area and developed a problem with my laptop. I cant say enough good about The Computer Hero. My HP laptop was showing the blue screen of death. I took it to another very well known computer service and was told Its not worth fixing, you need to buy a new one. I called Computer Hero, and, lo and behold, they were able to fix the trouble quickly and I didnt have to cut my visit short.

I had an issue with my computer, and thought Id give them a shot as I had heard good things. Not only did they take care of my problem, they found another problem that I wouldnt have caught. Saved me time and money in the long run.

Very rude lady who answered the phone. Needed 2 GB of ram. Offered a premium and said I had to bring my computer in. Told her it was a phone calling card kiosk I was fixing and she yelled that she wont sell to competitors and hung up. Insanely rude. Tried calling back and offered a premium on the price but was hung up on again. Am not from the area and this was the first job Ive had in Fergus falls so thinking Im some sort of competition is outrageous.
