The infant room teachers are all very nice. In the state of Florida its 4:1, where as in others states it may be 6:1. Our daughter has actually progressed faster since being in daycare around other babies. She ate solid and sat up much quicker.

Ms. Bobbie at Tree House Academy and ALL of the staff are wonderful! Our children have attended the school for the last 9 months and I am amazed at the difference Tree House offers. Having to take the kids to daycare is never an easy choice, but as a 2 parent working household, it is a must. That being said, I am COMPLETELY comfortable with my children at this location. And, with their parent meetings, you truly feel involved with what is happening at the school. End of the day reports are awesome too, and make for great dinner conversations! If you are in search of a wonderful daycare in the Fernandina Beach area, you really should check out Tree House Academy.

The staff at Tree House Academy are so loving and sweet! My baby absolutely loves going there each day. Everyone knows her by name and they do fun crafts and activities with the kids all the time. I even go in there during the middle of the day just to check in and have always been pleasantly surprised.

Cindy is caring and thoughtfully aware of all happenings with the children and I would recommend treehouse for all children to attend here in a safe environment. As the weeks pass and the long hours my child has to attend. As a single mom all have worked with me to care for my child so I can work.

I love Tree House Academy. The staff is always friendly and caring. My son LOVES going here and I feel comfortable and confident he is well taken care of when he is in there hands. BEST DAYCARE AND STAFF on the island.

Dont bother calling this place if youre a first time mom. The person who answers the phone was extremely unhelpful. I asked if there was a wait list and my answer was um yes... so then I asked well how long, 6 months, 1 year..? and she said maybe 6 months. Im pregnant now, so wont need childcare for a little while, it was like pulling teeth, shouldnt the person that answers be knowledgeable? Didnt sound friendly, sounded dazed. Gave me the name of the director when I asked about pricing. What is the point of spending my time meeting with a director when I have no idea even what the price range is - who has time to do this? First impressions are important and this one was a huge let down. Disappointing to say the least given almost 5 stars on the reviews.

I love this day care the staff is extremely friendly and I have a 11th month that goes there and his teacher Ms. Dian is amazing and very artistic and works great with children any age. I would recommend any parent that is looking for a safe facility for care of there children and another awesome perk is you can view whats happening inside your childs class from your phone.

Treehouse has been a wonderful experience for my child! What I love most is the way that the staff gets to know you! Its like one big family!

My son has been attending Tree House Academy since he was 6 months old and is now in their VPK Program. The staff is awesome and my child loves it there!

I really love this daycare. I was a stay at home mom for over 2 years with my oldest son. He is speech delayed and autistic. I had to go back to work and they welcomed him with open arms! It wasnt easy for him BUT it wasnt easy for them either having him since he was hard to deal with at times and couldnt say what he wanted but they did a great job and I 100% trusted them. Fast forward I now have a 4 month old and he is also enrolled. My oldest is in a special education PReK class BUT goes to afterschool at Treehouse academy and my 4 month is fulltime. The staff was excited to have my oldest son back again and to see hes doing so much better with his speech and to have my new addition come as well!!! I highly recommend them. The environment is very nice and organized, scheduled and clean!!! We love it! The director is strict but very sweet which I personally appreciate in this type of situation!!

For the most part, Treehouse is a great place to send your children. You know theyre well taken care of, engaged in fun activities and treated well. But there are a handfull of staff members I would not want my children to be with. If you are able to pick your teacher, pick Miss Destiny, Miss Laura, Miss Jenn or Miss Courtnay. They really seem to actually ENJOY their jobs, and my children have gone from dreading going there, to jumping into their teachers arms each morning. Its a great feeling and Im thankful for the positive changes being made amongst the staff. That being said there are still a few employees I would not like my kids even being around. Ive seen a black lady yanking kids up by the arm, screaming at them, and embarrassing them in front of their class. Ive overheard from multiple employees about how tough it is to deal with management, the unorganization of everything, and the constant shuffling of kids back and forth all day from room to room. Management seems to not care about the children like the teachers do, and they dont mind if a baby is sent from room to room everyday with no sense of schedule or routine. Which young children crave and thrive on. Miss Bobbie is amazing, and its a shame shes no longer director because she was always so genuine and helpful. Im just glad my kids are in the hands of teachers who actually care for them, enrich their lives and are just good people. Because its easy to tell who hates their jobs at Treehouse and who actually has a passion for it. The facility is clean and fun though, and now that all this new hiring has been going on things are definitely starting to look up.

This facility does not care about your child child, just concerned about their money. Theres a reason why the Step by Steps have a waiting list and this place doesnt.
