Totally overpriced and very rude to their potential customers.

I want to send a very special thank you to the employee Kyle who helped me with the transmission issue on my 1992 School bus conversion. He was nice enough to get the head mechanic Mike out to look at my vehicle quickly and determine what was needed for my repair, since it was a self-repair . Additionally he was able to point me in the right direction and save me hundreds of dollars, and get me on the road quickly. When youre dealing with such a large investment like a diesel truck or van its important to deal with the company that works on the up and up and know that youre getting the right care. Thank you very much to Kyle and the whole team at RWC, you saved the day while I was on the road traveling!

Expert repair and honest people. The only down side is limited parking. Call ahead if you can for appointment, they are known for their integrity and reasonable turnaround.

Relatively new truck (220k) that kept throwing false engine codes, half the power sockets didnt work. Refused to install an inverter (I dont entirely blame them, but CPAP machines dont run on DC). Reeked of cigarette smoke. The ELD they have uses your phone data and is MONSTROUSLY agonizing to get set up for use. They only avoid a 1 star rating because truck pick up and drop off are super simple and the guys in the office and shop are super personable (5 stars to those guys).

I’ve used this company before and understand that they are a small branch but they have really gotten to be very unprofessional lately. I called this business today to find an air compressor for a customer’s truck. Gave the parts department gentleman the info he needed to find it and he said he’d have to look it up and give me a call right back. He took down my phone number and hung up. Usually it only takes roughly 10 minutes tops to find a part via VIN search at any dealership. I called this guy back after about 15 minutes and he said he was still looking for it and would call me back. I explained that I needed this info as soon as he could because the customer was in a hurry to get back on the road. I ended up calling the customer after about 30 more minutes of waiting for RWC to get back to me to explain what was taking so long to find this part and he responded that he was going to take a different route in getting the part because this company was taking too long in finding it and he had to be back on the road ASAP. This place never called me back at all. Very unprofessional and obviously don’t care about customers.

Well my husband Elvis and I always leave comments and remarks whenever and wherever we go for service or places to eat.....the staff here are simply AWESOME and thorough... the area and location are simply beautiful. Maybe the owner could remodel it up a bit with newer chairs, fresh paint and or some vending machines for clients. Otherwise...really nice people (JD and the other staff are very sociable and nice to talk to. I love people who are straight up, honest and outgoing. Thanks to you all for a pleasant experience.) Wish them all the best in life. Also, if you come here for service or to buy anything...dont mind the people walking around. They do not bother anyone and seem nice too.

They got us ready for the road again. Needed ball bearings replacement. Honest. Hard working. Dependable.

They were able to locate the part that I needed when no one else in town could including the local RV shops ! Will definitely go there again to find parts for my 22 year old RV!😁😁😁😁

It’s really small place. I went in to possibly fix fog light which was under warranty and service mgr gave every excuse in book to brush me off (i guess they don’t get paid on warranty) even when i can you get part so i can stop by here to fix it he said “i have to write you up you have to leave deposit on part” . They weren’t all that busy either 5 uniforms were hanging out in little office they have . I said all this to say if you need work done on your truck find somewhere else they won’t even want to fix fog light .

This is the WORST mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. If a 0 stars were possible they would have gotten that. I noticed some of the the 4 and 5 star reviews are for a motel... go figure. Took a week and a half to find the problem and their idea was to throw parts at it and hope they stick. Ridiculous establishment. Go elsewhere.REPLY to response. What would I change?... It seems to be a corporate culture thing. I had similar situations in your Phoenix Metro locations. In fact I try not to purchase International Trucks since I have to deal with the RWC Group.

No weekend hours Google said they were open on sanitary until 4PM but I drove there and wasted my time and diesel and they werent open

Great hotel! I stayed here this weekend and loved it. Dog friendly and the rooms are huge. I got a single bedroom and my large dog had plenty of room to run around and the bed was enormous. Also the accept comcheks from truckers which is a huge win. If i have to get my truck fixed in flagstaff, this will be the place i stay at first choice.

Had a problem that three other shops couldnt figure out. These guys dug into it and didnt quit till it was fixed for real. Been a couple of weeks since the repair was completed and the truck is running better than when I first bought it. RWC should be proud of Mike and his guys there in Flagstaff. Ill remember this shop for a long time. Great work.

It was the holiday week 4th of July I needed a repair done or my truck they were very courteous and nice excellent service and they got me in and out and I was very pleased. I would definitely go back there again.

Brought my motorhome in for an alignment. Mike and Kaitlyn are a pleasure to deal with. Bennie the technician is an awesome guy who kept at it till it was done...and done right. I highly recommend this shop.

If you own an international and want to pay out the A#% to get it fixed then eventually pick it up. This is the place for you.

The RWC employees have a great attitude the only thing Im not liking about this is they cant give me the correct estimate to get my truck repaired they see a problem they call okay no problem fix it tear in to it another problem ok another estimate why not just tear it all the way down to where it needs to be and you dont see any more problems and then give us an estimate anyway the motel is great I love it roadway inn
