Don’t do it.!!!!! I started this program at 17y/o I realized within the first few weeks it was no longer the program for me. I withdrew and still got calls and messages. They were still marking me as attending and instead of following the guidelines they still charged me $4,125. In attempts to remove the amount or have the correct balance put into place they then proceeded to tell me pay that or pay $23,000 this school is only on it for quick money and it’s pathetic .! Would not recommend

This place will charge you $17k just to go make $11-$13 an hour. Whether or not you’ve had family pass they will call you at the funeral and ask why you aren’t in class. Not to mention after I graduated and looked for a new job (where career services is supposed to help you find a new job) NEVER called me back. Just don’t go here. They do not care about you, they want your money and that’s it.

Absolutely loved my experience. It was definitely a lot of information all at once at first, but once I was in the groove of things, I caught on so quickly. Small class sizes so one on one time with the teachers was great and helped so much! Would 100% recommend the DA program to anyone! The teachers are great and really care that you succeed. Very down to earth and a group of very chill and wonderful ladies.

When I first started I worried that I would not be able to finish the program. There was even a point where I considered quitting. I chose to stay and have learned a great deal since then. The teachers are not only knowledgeable, but they care. They care if you pass or fail. They are proud when you succeed, and build you up when youre having a rough time. My classmates are wonderful. If I ever had any questions both my classmates and my teachers were there. I was able to e-mail my teachers with questions and they answered relatively quickly- often the same day. In talking with career services I know that they want me to succeed too. I trust that Ill be placed somewhere where I can continue to learn and grow as a person. The director and assistant director are also there when you need them, as is financial aid. All in all, Im really glad that I chose to come here and do the medical billing and coding program.

Updates needed for the sake of the teachers and students as far as efficacy goes. Machinery such as autoclaves and centrifuge could stand to be updated as well. All staff and personnel at Ross is absolutely wonderful and I have and will continue to sing this schools praises. I cant believe how quickly time flies when youre having fun learning and meeting others with the same goals. All teachers were extremely personable and helpful. I will miss my Ross family when I go, but I am so proud of myself and feel so accomplished for exceeding my own expectations here.

Ross Medical Education Center is a wonderful school to attend. The ensure your success and everybody is so helpful and motivating. Ross made it very easy for me to succeed and I would recommend this program to anybody looking to further their education. I am very thankful for the support and materials needed to be successful

My experience has been wonderful! Your time here at Ross flies by and is worth it. Your teachers are always willing to give a helping hand. I feel sometimes we may not give our teachers the credit they deserve as they shape us into being the professional we should be.

I cant believe everything that I have learned here. Everyone is so friendly and the teachers are awesome. I got started later in life and I am so happy for all the support and encouragement that I have received from everyone. Anybody who thinks that it is too late or that you are too old for school please consider going to Ross. It will change your life.

Reviews are supposed to honest right? Well, here it is. I started back in March of 2018. This review only speaks for the medical assistant program. In the beginning everything was going good and it was a great place to get quick educational training. As the months went by we went through several modules. At the end of your program you get placed at a cite based on what you say and do, as well as how you act in class. This has made not only me but several of my classmates feel like we cant express our opinion without being penalized for it. When it comes to doing in class assignments, were given one at a time and not allowed to work ahead. Therefore, if I finish early, I either have to find other work to do. If I am all caught up on my homework, I just have to sit there and wait for everyone else to finish their work before we can move on. Its ALWAYS freezing in the classrooms and only when corporate is in the building, were not allowed to wear jackets. I didnt pay the kind of money that I did for the lesson plans to teach me about something I already know, especially my financial status. If I could go back and do the program again with the knowledge I have now, I wouldnt. They only want to follow the handbook rules when corporate is in the building.

I am so thankful for Ross Medical, I am a senior right now and I am close to graduation. I am eager to say that Ross has given me the opportunity to grow and become the most amazing individual that I can be. The journey here has been amazing and I am thankful to start this new career path!!

Ross education was a good place for me the director and the staff were very helpful. Ross gave me a help when needed it was more like a family. I would encourage anyone who wants to further their career to come to Ross. The help is here come go to Ross all you have to do is make the call and go to school if I can do it you can to.

Ross was a great experience for me. I thoroughly enjoyed coming to class and being around the people I had classes with. The teachers are absolutely great and take time to get to know you and help you strive for success. Like any other place there is somethings that could be improved but overall it was definitely worth it!

When I was looking into going to Ross I was a little apprehensive because I wasnt sure if this program was really any good. From the minute I walked in the door all my apprehension was gone!! The admissions staff made me feel right at home and walked me through the process step by step and answered all my questions. The financial aid staff was wonderful and answered all my questions about my financial aid and got it processed quickly. The school director was absolutely the best!! She takes time to actually sit you down and find out how you are doing in your courses and she is available to fix any problems you may have. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable about the subjects they are teaching you and are also available to answer any questions and offer whatever help you may need. Career services literally will not stop looking for employment for you until you have a job in your field. The best decision I ever made was going to Ross and it has literally changed my life forever!!

This place is another ITT Tech in the making! Steer clear!!! Ross will not leave me alone since graduating and receiving both my certificate in my program AND diploma from the Flint establishment. Stop emailing my work and asking for things, stop trying to contact my boss, stop trying to call my phone. I had no clue when I signed up for this absolutely HORRIBLE experience that it meant signing my life over to their constant hounding. Please do you research on the similar scam that was shut down in 2016. How do you people sleep at night taking $16k in tuition for teachers who arent even in class most nights... This place is just trying to prey on young women who are desperate to enroll and will guilt trip you into signing up for the worst year of your life...!

I had a very pleasant experience at Ross. I have learned so much, my Med term vocabulary has grown tremendously. I now understand the laws/rules of Insurance billing and coding . This was important for me because I worked for an Insurance company years ago and things have changed so much since then. Ross gave me the confidence that I can persevere in whatever road I decide to take pertaining to my career!

They care about your success. And ensure all skills are taught that are needed in the field. Sometimes seems a little fast paced but it is an accelerated program.

I had an awesome time at Ross, the staff were always willing and wanted to help me in any way I may have needed. I wouldve liked to have someone sit own with me 1 on 1 to learn how to use the virtual library. I feel like the students try to teach each other and thats great until someone teaches you the wrong thing and you dont know any better.

Ross Medical is a great pass pace education system. The afternoon teachers are amazing and very caring. Mrs. Micki is the BEST !! Director and Administration staff is also very caring and loving. My Instructors and my fellow classmates as well as the Front offices staff are all like second family to all students. I love this location

My experience at Ross Education Center was great. The teachers were great and personable. It was very helpful and informative. I love the way that they prepare you for the job industry. You are thoroughly trained and they work with you to make sure your placed where you fit.

I had a wonderful experience but things that I was promised when starting the program did not meet any type of standards. I was told that I would have consistency with my teachers and that was not apparent in any sort of way. Every mod having to switch to a new person or not even knowing if someone would be showing up to the next class. I feel it disrupted my learning experience and has slowly caused me to not attend class.

Ross has helped me excel so much in the last 5 months. I love all the staff they are extremely helpful and genuine. The students make it feel like a real team working environment and I truly am appreciative I chose to go to Ross to go after the career path I wanted. This Ross College campus has its ups and downs but it is a good campus. My instructors were amazing, always helped me when I had a question and kinda made the classroom feel more like a home. My dental assistant instructors were one of the big reasons as to why I did so well. Just be prepared when you sign up, no snow days. No matter how TERRIBLE the weather and the roads are. Like I said, the best thing about this campus, it is the instructors and the faculty.

Being at Ross has definitely helped me to succeed in something that i have always been passionate about. They have helped me to step out of my comfort zone an show me that there is more than you know to becoming a MA. They are always willing to help you achieve your goals. I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a great medical school.

Over - all this experience has been nothing but amazing. It has its ups and downs but I couldnt thank my teachers enough for everything they have did for us. In the beginning I wanted to quit and my teacher basically told me no im not letting you do this and I never did. All the staff is super amazing and very understanding. Again I couldnt be more happy to graduate from a place where everyone cares.

I love how I came to Ross and was taught exactly what I was told I was going to learn. There wasnt any surprises and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I got to meet a lot of new people and friends that I can keep for a lifetime.

I have learned a lot but there was some unprofessional staff and now that i am in the work force i realize how unprepared i actually was with a lot of the things i was taught. Also for the RMA test i feel extremely unprepared like i was not taught enough.

I have truly enjoyed my time here at Ross Medical Center. Everyone here is very easy to get along with and they actually care about us and our career. I would recommend this campus to anyone

If it wasn’t for the price of the program I would give 5 stars. Just make sure you do your research on your loans. I did learn a lot there. It was a friendly environment. Be prepared to study.

My experience was very good here, i learned a lot from being here but i did not like the fact that we kept switching teachers throughout my whole time here i had 3 different teachers now in my last mod, and were getting another new teachers. it makes it very hard to learn the material. other than that i would say it went very well

Literally called me twice a day every single day, prices are ridiculous I would pay less to get a degree at Mott. One time they called and the girl scheduled a campus tour for me after I told her I wasnt interested. NOT WORTH IT. Genness county offers all of these programs FREE TO LOW INCOME PEOPLE at Michigan works. I genuinely hope this company goes out of business because damn.

One of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. I feel very positive about my future and it is all because of the staff at Ross. They are so supportive and understanding not only in the classroom but also about my responsibilities outside of the classroom.

I enjoyed the teachers that I had and the classmates I have met and they are the reason I loved coming to class. One thing that I did not enjoy would be the consent change throughout the program. Sometimes the changes would be so drastic that it would take time to get everyone on the same page.

I love, love my teachers. They really care for the students and their success. However, there is too much drama and the rules are not enforced as they should be.

I had a wonderful experience. i love the teachers they were great on what they were teaching us. the staff in each department was very helpful. Also learned a lot in the areas I lacked in personally.

Ross is a nice program to join. My teach Ms.Stephanie was probably the main reason i enjoyed being in the dental field so much. She mad everything understanding and helped as much as possible. Now Im a senior and will miss her dearly once I leave. The campus director is very nice as well Mrs.Lieble(probably spelled her name wrong) but she always has a smile on her face.

I started ross due to being pregnant, I wanted to provide a great life for my son I was also working fulltime. It seemed like no matter what way I turned there was issues in my life I was having complications with the baby, work, bills then to top it all off I became a single mother. All of rosses staff helped me every step of the way they truly care about there students they would call me just to remind me that I can do this and Im doing a great job, I honestly considered leaving Ross but stayed because the staff shown me that I could make it!

I took the dental assistant program and i love it. the staff is very caring and concerned about your school and success.

My experience at Ross Medical Education Center was extremely good. I learned a lot and got the skills I need to be successful at a office of any kind. My favorite thing to learn how to do was blood draws and my favorite thing to learn about was the diseases of every body system.

During the school tour, looking around and listening to the advisory explain what each class was, the dental assistant class caught my eye, since then, Ive made connections with the students and the instructor and it was one of the best choices Ive made.

I like the MIBOA program, however I wish we learned more Coding, and had a program that followed for just Coding. I love what I have learned, and feel it will benefit me out in the field

When I went to Ross I was 19 and attend in 2013 at Niles, Ohio and Everyday I had anxiety walking into the door. I genuinely hated that school and was treated terribly in that class. Especially by the instructor Michelle Kicula in evening dental. The instructor would always make fun of me, single me out of everyone to make me look bad and humiliate me. I would see how shed treat everyone else who was before me and treat everyone else with the utmost respect, but change the rules whenever it came to me. And this was the time that I had so many pressing issues that already kept me from performing my best and shed just embarrass me any way she could, which made my class not like me also. If I didnt get something and asked she would humiliate me, but one of FAVORITES didnt understand something shed treat them with respect. Idk who taught her respect because I never did anything to her. I just couldnt wait for it to all be over. I didnt even show up for graduation because I didnt want to spend anymore time than I had to with of all of them.

The instructors and staff are awesome. They are dedicated to helping you success!!

For one I do regret going to Ross. I wish I just would of attended more for two years and got my degree. Ross will misinform you or try to make it seem like you will leave with a degree which you don’t. In student debt of over $10,000 for what? A certificate of completion and my x-ray certification? NOT WORTH IT, NOT WORTH IT, NOT WORTH IT! Stay away from Ross. This is for people that are “trying to find the easy way out out”. I regret coming here with a passion, not to mention before I left the school, leaving a good review was MANDATORY! Now that I’ve been in my career 3 years I have a different perspective. I’m currently back in school to become a dental hygienist and wish I would of done this before even considering Ross.

My wife recently finished school here and it was a complete waste of her time she has not had any luck with people wanting to hire her and their service of helping graduates find jobs had not done anything and blocked her on Facebook. She is supposed to graduate today but didnt want to go because she feels cheated and lied to. Thanks for nothing.
