I grew up in Ferguson/Florissant and I loved my school district. So much that I bought a house in Florissant. Now that Im an adult and trying to enroll my 5 year old son in school, I cant even get them to answer the phone in the department I need, to at least find out what I need to bring in for registration. I called 9 times today.... no answer. I called all last week and the week before. I work a 9am to 5pm and I call relentlessly on my lunch break from 12pm to 1pm. It does not state that they are on a lunch break at this time or anything.

The school district is very frigid and not at all helpful to parents. It takes days for a call back. I havent been impressed with them since my children left Combs elementary.

Have had several run ins with trying to get things solve like my daughter getting hit by bus driver and being verbally abuse my teachers and stuff at duchesne school and been trying g to get ahold of supper attendant since last year school and have not yet heard from them and now this year I talk to the new principal And tell her that my kids are being bullied on bus by same kids last year that 4 kids jumped my two girls and she tell me I am gonna ride bus all week not once gets on bus and then my kids get jumped again and she stands right infront of my face and cops and states she hasnt talk to me at all about this problem mind u my daughters were in hospital for 5 hours due to this issue .. here I am again trying to reach out for help and still no answer

Mrs Orlando is very rude. Someone should probably get her some coffee.
