Totally would not recommend. They are robbing customers blind. Over charging customers for service then have no real explanation as to why such a huge increase in pricing. Better off doing it yourself and the customer service is trash as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Vary unknowledgeable about their own jobs and machines put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung upon me. Had to call again to get what is supposed to be a five second answer to find out they don’t do it after about a 20 minute conversation saying he does do it would never recommend

If you are an architect or engineer and need 24x36 size prints, go to an actual print house even if that means driving to Clayton because this Office Max is so slow. Never going there again. Go to FedEx across from Target. You can walk in with your stick and put in into the printer yourself, very easy. A little less than $1 per s.f., but very convenient.

If you need anything from the service center do it early cause In the evening these people are so slow youll be in line until the store closes... The printing, copies, and business cards turn out great when you can actually get them ...Do better office max/office depot customers shouldnt be standing in line for an hour before being helped

Well, Im giving them 5 stars simply due to very helpful customer service. The printing help desk sales person went and grabbed the correct items for me, resized it until we got the right one then only charged me for the ones that printed correctly (the documents margin was all over the place). Some of the items are infact more pricey that others- such as ink cartridges however, they carry a wide variety of printer ink.

They had everything that I needed. I was buying a printer and paper. Buying the ink cartridges didnt even cross my mind. The lady at the check out counter asked if I needed some. She looked them up, quickly, and had them under the counter. Which was a relief, I didnt want to go find them because someone was behind me in line.

Terrible customer service! Worker in copy dept was rude & arrogade. Lacked skills & knowledge. Instead of being honest she held my project up for hours. Manager attempted to complete it and could not. By the time I realized what was going on it was too late. Left after store hours without even an apology from either of them. Will never go to that location again.

I took my laptop up there to get a free diagnosis and possibly fixed, since this service is offered for free.I was told to give them a couple of hours and they will call me back. I had to call them after three hours and I was told my computer had to run overnight. It took them two days to tell me about my hard drive and the operating system. I was told I would have to pay $300 to get my computer fixed and I might as well get a new laptop. I picked up my computer and took it somewhere else and they told the only thing that was wrong with my computer was a failed update which is $75. The person who was supposed to help me with my computer at Office Max just saw an opportunity to make a sale. I also agree with the person who commented about the service at the print and copy center. HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! WONT BE BACK!!!

Worst service ever in printing department . They will tell you one thing and do another. Hours on the phone and emails sent. Said they sent an email back to me for proof reading of invoice . No email was sent . The invoices have been done by them before, but they did not save the info as was told to me when first placing the order. Customer service is even worse. I was put on hold for 20+ mins only to have the call disconnected.

Every time I go in there to return a product that has a defect, they act as if they dont want to return it. I even asked the cashier if she wanted me to elaborate about the defect of the product, and she couldnt give me a straight answer about what she wanted to know. No one wants to be hassled incoherently about a take back. Then she had the nerve to tell me there might be a re-shelving fee!Another time before Christmas, I bought a laptop that had a minor defect and a worker told me that I would have to speak to the manufacturer. Good job lying to me about your company refund policies because Im allowed my money back in full!Im not buying even office paper from you all again. Terrible customer service.

Service always takes forever, even to just check out. Literally walked out after waiting in line for 10 minutes to buy printer paper. 3 registers open, each with only one person in line. The one cashier wasn’t even doing anything aside from talking with the woman in her line.
