The manager Dallas is AMAZING! I needed a big quality print with no time. I think she could see my desperation ha! She got me in and printed them the same day! *I was nice to them didnt come in yelling that helped Im sure* (I work in customer service thats just some thing I wanted to stress. Be kind to the people that you need help from.)

I always have a GREAT experience at my Office Depot store in Flower Mound, TX. Ive been ordering for curbside pickup and the orders are always prompt and accurate. Russ is very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. He is always willing to go above and beyond to help his customers which makes me feel important. Had to purchase sticker paper and had no idea where it would be so Russ walked us directly to the item and then checked us out in less than 3 minutes. Dallas, in printing dept, was also very attentive with our print job taking great care to ensure it was perfect.

We stopped by here to pick up a few office items that we need. We were approached twice in the store and asked if we needed help to find what we needed. Each time, we did need the help since we were moving quickly to get into and out of the store. The cashier was helpful and friendly getting our items scanned and bagged. The store was orderly without having any items on the floor or having aisle obstructions.

Poor service, purchased HP laptop for 700.00, used service for Office 365 installation and virus protection addition 200.00. Tech guy failed to provide me with the instructions and warranty info packet for the laptop and case from McAfee virus protection with code. Apparently he kept it for his own personal use! Thieves! Manager is rude and quitting this week. Informed corporate which is a waste of time and effort. Wont get my business again!

Great store with very helpful employees. Russ in the copy department saved my day by getting a same-day stamp we needed for a video shoot done in minutes! Absolutely amazing service at this location. Theyll take good care of your needs.

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Gerald in the printing department. He was amazing. The previous worker messed up my printing job and he was beyond helpful in making sure I left happy. He was nice and never showed a sign of being flustered (busy day). He is even a Veteran working on Veterans Day. Thank you Gerald for showing what patients and wonderful customer service looks like.

I went in for an office chair and the staff was extremely friendly. Office Max had really good prices, for example my office chair was $100 off! The employees even asked to assist carrying the chair to my car, great experience

New tech advances on phocopiers was not helpful, did not work with Small business program, but very helpful customer service rep stepped up, ran my copies, at my business discount rate, and got me out the door with only a brief delay. Really appreciated his willing spirit and his help! Thank you. Would have been 5 stars for the CS rep, but had to deduct one for the new copier payment system that created the problem.

I support OfficeMax in Flower Mound. Every time I walk in the store, they may not know my name, but they are really good at face recognition and are always there to provide quality services. I am a proud customer for life.

It has all the necessities but many times the staff does not attend to all your needs. Its almost as if they do not want to work there. Overall it was a decent visit. Good variety and things of that nature.

ALLISON IN THE COPY CENTER WAS PERFECT!I knew it would be hard to get our copies done in the limited time-frame we had, with the large amount needed done. She said anything is possible and got it done with a smile.

They had what I needed, very nice price. Everyone wanted to assist me.

Online website said store had a specific product in stock for pickup in 1 hour. Half an hour later I get a text that my order was cancelled and Ill hear back from a manager soon. I never did. So I made the call myself and they said they didnt have the product and that Ill get a refund in 3 days. It didnt take them 3 days to get the money out of my account. Useless.

Whoever was working at the printing department today gave me the most unnecessary attitude Ive ever received. Im in this store multiple times a week as Im an office manager for a company and am constantly needing supplies. When I called to speak with a manager I was told he was too busy at the moment to speak to me. I will not be back
