I cant say enough great things about Cadence Academy! My daughter has been in attendance here for 5 months and were so happy. The staff is not only kind and caring, but also very knowledgeable and capable. You can tell the teachers really work with the children because my daughter has learned so much in such a short amount of time. Its truly amazing. Theyve been wonderful communicators, even during these COVID times where communication is more difficult. My daughter smiles and is happy when shes dropped off and shes just as happy when she gets picked up! Its such a comforting feeling knowing that shes excited and happy to be there. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Cadence Academy!

The teachers and staff here are wonderful. Our son has been in the infant room, Cuddle Bugs, and now Barnyard class. Each transition has been seamless, even throughout the crazy covid year. Their communication has always been top notch and their professionalism is key. We have recommended 2 friends here in the last year and they both are happy to have trusted us!

Cadence Academy has been a fantastic experience for our 5 year old. The staff is kind, caring and it is nice to have that peace of mind when dropping him off. He loves Josie & Kristi who really allow him to flourish.

My children have been attending The Phoenix Schools, now Cadence Academy for the past seven years. We would never consider taking them anywhere else! My oldest child is excelling in school because of the foundation that she got from Cadence. My youngest will be going to Kindergarten next year and I am so confident that he will be more than ready. Both of our children grew up at this school and we consider everyone at the school a part of our family. The director and assistant director are always available to help with anything I might need. They even helped all of their families by creating a distance learning classroom when the public schools shut down, and helped our child and our family be organized and ready to take on such a different learning experience during COVID. Every teacher that my children have had has been amazing! We are so thankful that we found such a safe, educational and fun school for our children.

Cadence has been such a great environment for our 4yr old boy. His teachers in Sea Turtle class are AMAZING!

We have a 3 year old and 1 year old attending Cadence Academy on Clarksville and couldn’t be happier. Our 3 year old really understood a lot about our move and his teachers have been nothing short of amazing. Miss Michelle and Miss Sherri in The Lions Den classroom, along with the kids, have been so great with him that we see a difference at home in a very positive way. I feel comfortable with everyone here and my kids are so happy. If you’re looking for a preschool with teachers and staff that really care about the kids and show it daily, this is your place.

We love Cadence Academy! I toured and looked at what seemed like every daycare/preschool in the area, and felt very confident immediately that Cadence was the place for our daughter. She started when she was 7 months old and is now 3 years old in the preschool class. She thrives and grows here, asks to go to school, and tells me her teachers are her favorite people. I love the mix of educational and play activities that she gets to experience. Since then, weve started our son here too at 7 months, and he seems to love the activities and his teachers. We really cant say enough praises about the staff and teachers! Everyone is so kind, helpful, and really provide loving care to our children. Were so happy to be a part of the Cadence family!

We love our Cadence Academy family in Folsom! Our son has been going there for the past 2 years starting in the Cuddle Bug class, then Barnyard, and now in Lions Den. All the teachers and staff are so kind and provide such loving care, while teaching in a fun, educational environment. Our son has grown so much since attending Cadence Academy Folsom (Clarksville). I love the staff at the Phoenix Schools. They are so dedicated and compassionate when it has come to my son. My son started here when he was 4 weeks old until he was 4.5 years old. He still is able to come and visit from time to time on days he does not have public school. The office staff has always gone above and beyond for us. My son has been at Phoenix since he was 3 months old, and he is now almost 3 years old. I am a small business owner, and staying at home with him when he was born was never an option for our family. This is the ONLY facility I was comfortable with when it was time for me to go back to work full time.Many years ago, my sister was dropped at 8 weeks old at an in home daycare, and the provider never reported it. It took many months of symptoms before it was later diagnosed as a head injury and reported to licensing. I knew I would never feel comfortable with an in-home environment, and I love that Phoenix teachers give my son the individual love he needs, but have protocols in place to prevent what happened to my sister from happening to our family again. They also have amazing curriculum in place, so I know he is starting out with the best education possible. He LOVES going to school every day, and comes home happy with new knowledge that sometimes surprises me. They even have Spanish class!Thank you, to all the staff at Phoenix, for providing my son with a safe and happy learning environment, and my husband and I with piece of mind that he is always being well taken care of when we can’t be with him. You guys rock!!

My infant son attends this school. I feel safe leaving him here for his 8 hour day. The girls in the infant room are knowledgeable and kind. I was so scared for my son to attend a school as he has a hard time sleeping in a crib, the girls were able to give me some awesome suggestions to help him sleep at home , he sleeps in a crib at school no problem now! He is so happy when he sees his teachers and they treat him like their own children! I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else! I love this school!

My older daughter has attended this school for almost three years and my younger daughter has been attending for nearly two years. We have experienced all the classrooms from the nursery through the TK program. The staff genuinely care about my girls. The entire staff is polite and friendly. Im so happy we ended up here.

We love it here! My kids are safe and nurtured through play and learning. The staff is wonderful and care so much. Its been so fun to see them progress from class to class.

Our little one join Phoenix preschool last October. We had only positive experience since then. Our daughter wasn’t speaking English, now she can communicate both in English and Polish. We love her teachers - Sheri and Brittnay. I would love to give them 5 stars if only food were little bit more healthier.

I love this school! The teachers and administration are wonderful and take time to know my family and truly love my children. I love that they have a smaller ratio for my crazy two year old. I never worry when I go to work about my child and they are always helpful when I call to check on her. I would highly recommend Broadstone!

As a first time mom I was super nervous about bringing my 4 month old daughter to daycare. But all my worries and nervousness went away when I saw how amazing her teachers were to all her needs. I just wanna say I appreciate all the love her teachers give her. Its comforting to know that she is loved. Its true when I say all the staff genuinely love and care for all the children. Its nice to know that every class shes moves into she will be cared for. I love the environment thats shes in. Her teachers are highly supportive to our family of what we want for her in terms of whether its giving her breast milk trying to give her formula or getting off the bottle. I never really worry when shes at school because shes in great care its literally a second home for her.

The broadstone phoenix school has been a very nurturing environment for my son. He has been there for 3 years and is excited to go to school everyday. The facilities are clean and the Director, Teachers and Staff are great! They are incredibly friendly and receptive to feedback.Ms. Desiree and Ms Kristin are exceptionally phenomenal teachers! They are fun, patient, loving and structured - everything you would hope for in a teacher working with young children.

After touring many preschools around Folsom, we decided upon The Phoenix School. The main reasons were safety and curriculum. We are blessed to have two wonderful teachers, Miss Kristina and Miss Celeste, who have been very comforting for my son. Its nice to arrive in the morning and see so many staff members (not just my sons teachers) smiling and greeting us. We are very happy to be part of The Phoenix family.

Fantastic school for our toddler! He has been there since soon after his birth. The infant and toddler teachers are great and the stuff he learns, especially now that he is in the toddler room is great. Their educational curriculum is targeted to get the littles learning early. Their focus on the kids ensure that they are cognitively stimulated ensuring early developmental skills. Sign language, Spanish, fine and gross motor skills as well as many other areas have helped him tremendously. They also provide food so you dont have to worry about making snacks/lunch, etc. every night.

We switched our 5 year daughter and 3.5 year old son to Phoenix after attending the highly recommend preschool here in Folsom. The transition was seamless. We are sooo thankful we switched. Both of our kids used to cry everyday going to their old preschool; however, now that we switched to Phoenix, their amazingly loving and kind teachers make my kids look forward to going. Every morning we are greeted by name with a smile and truly feel like an extended family. We get the most recent information about our kids day through their app, regarding class activities/lessons, snack/lunch information and pictures/videos. This helps build great conversational pieces with our kids about their day at home to bridge that school/ home gap.Our son came to Phoenix with a slight speech delay. Now that he has been there for just over 3 weeks, we can already see great improvements. His overall social skills have vastly improved and he is making great strides in his academic growth as well.Our daughter (5 years old) has excelled in her academics in just the short 3 weeks she has been there. The teachers provide age appropriate weekly homework that is 100% doable for her age and ability level. This homework component helps to solidify classroom concepts. This allows her to build responsibility to be prepared for kindergarten. Our child loves completing homework and learning new things. This didnt use to be the situation. We are so glad Phoenix turned our daughters perception of academics into a positive one for future endeavors.The support staff and teachers provide immediate feedback, if they have any concerns or questions about your children. I cant say enough positive things about Phoenix Preschool. I wish we would have made this switch 2.5 years ago!!

Agree with previous review that the school has a very, very high turnover of teachers. Multiple times within a calendar year and sometimes without any notice or reason why. Its usually the better teachers that are leaving- maybe better opportunities elsewhere or creative ideas are being stifled. Ratio of students to teacher is very high and often over-ratio. Solely a child care setting that is chaotic and does not promote a learning. No opportunity for the teacher to really bond with students when things are constantly changing and they are stressed out.

Unfortunately, the staff at this school ( all dedicated and caring) are subjected to poor wages and working conditions due to for-profit Cadance Educations corporate policies. Considering the cost of tuition, staff receive a much lower salary in comparison to other schools. They advertise a 1-8 ratio but ratios are closer to 1-12. This location has had a significant issue in retaining staff. They recently arbitrarily discharged a four year employee who made a mistake that was precipitated by managements poor staffing decisions. They often have the guy making the food in the kitchen watch the kids. The kids were recently given the opportunity to have funeral for a lizard that died at the school. They had a chance to say goodbye. Unfortunately, the teacher they cast out like garbage wasnt given the same treatment.

My daughter has been at this school for almost 2 years now. We absolutely love it here and would highly recommend it to any one!!

My daughter started at Phoenix in EDH before it closed back in 2013. We absolutely loved our experience so were hesitant about transferring/transitioning to a new school. Fortunately, Sandra and her team were truly a blessing. We have made forever friends with parents, teachers and staff. But, more importantly, I havent had to worry about my childrens well-being. I can be confident that they are thriving, learning and being cared for with love.

Finding a day care for my son before he was born was one of the scariest things I have ever done as a parent. Enrolling him at the Phoenix School when he was just an infant was one of the best decisions I have made as a parent. My son started at Phoenix school when he was 4 months old and now he is going on 6 and is currently enrolled in Kindergarten there. That has to say something about not only the quality of education he has received but also how confident I am in The Phoenix Schools ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the most important person in my life. My son has always loved his classes and teachers. He is genuinely excited to go to school every day because they do such a fantastic job in keeping kids engaged and learning. I cant say enough good things about the school. We are sad we have to move on next year when my son will be attending 1st grade.

Love this place! Weve had 3 children go to this school over the last 15 years. My oldest started there when she was 6 months old. By the time she left Phoenix-Broadstone from the preschool program, she was reading first level books and writing short sentences! Shes now a Jr as Vista with a 4.0 gpa in all her classes! Couldnt be happier for her.Our youngest, now 5, is attending their Kindergarten program with Josie and Angela. We feel that she has learned so much over these last few months that she will easily be ready to attend 1st grade. Top it off, she is super happy going to school each morning. She loves going to class and talks about it over the weekend.

Excellent, dedicate teachers that have a passion for what they do. Great school. We have had three kids go thru here and are very satisfied with every age level curriculum.
