My kids attended this place and I loved it. They were great sweet , friendly , safe , professional communicative . They have thought my kids so much . I never had a bad experience.

The staff was very friendly and caring. My 3 year old son attended for about 6 months and he learned and grew so much there! It was our first day care experience and it left a great impression on us.

My son went here years ago and we absolutely loved them!! He missed them terribly when I had to take him out. Wonderful staff and service. I hope they are all doing well!

Where do I start? Well I have been with KinderCare in Fontana for almost a decade. All three of my children have been there since birth if not since toddler range. And i couldnt be any more impressed with this center. Theyve helped me with payments plans. To my toddlers vocab. To have the most nicest gifts from my kids. I couldnt be any more happier then this. I wouldnt change a another daycare center. Thank you staff and Ms. Aida :)

HORRIBLE. This center is run by adolescent adults with no real business skills. It is way overpriced as well. I had issues that required contacting the corporate office and they basically shrugged me off, stating that individual facility complaints are not corporate problems. Very unprofessional.Security - The keypad for entrance was useless when all it took was a firm yank on the door to gain access. The door also barely closed properly, which was concerning considering the infants were the first to be encountered.Staff - The director is a young woman who will gladly pass judgemental looks and comments about your parenting, yet has no children. The previous director was the same, oddly. As for personnel presence, the evenings are difficult to find someone at the front desk, which brings up security again. The staff are also not efficient at communication if child behavior issues occur. As for the rest of the assistants, they are friendly enough with a few excellent people.Facility - Moderate facility but cramped, which is normal I guess. The mixture of ages in classes leads to nap time in half the room with screaming playing in the other half, with no dividers. So you can walk in and almost step on a sleeping child.Overall, I am glad to never see this place again.

The best daycare EVER! Highly recommend! My daughter has been attending kinderCare for almost two years. I dont plan on switching anytime soon!

If I could give NO stars I would!!!!My daughter was in the 2s classroom and at first it seemed like a very good daycare and place I would love to have my kids at but after a few months it all changed her pull up would be on wrong or half ways on she would come home with no socks on one time I went to pick up my child and she had an accident and shoes got wet but no one called me to let me know my child was barefoot. When I arrived into class room the teacher told me oh I saw you coming from a distance and put these loaner shoes on her right now but other than that shes been barefoot all day Why would you tell a parent that? Why wouldnt you call right away?!! Another time when I walked in my daughter was using the restroom mind you shes 2 1/2 still potty training the teacher was no where near my child assisting nor making sure she was fine she was on the other side changing another childs diaper. My daughter comes out with nothing on walking around naked and the teacher hands us the pull up and skirt mind you she was changing another childs diaper and never changed gloves in between children that is unsanitary!!!!!!!The same time as above 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻There was two little girls inside the restroom while my child was using the restroom and three little boys just watching her i think its so disrespectful that when I ask if they can watch and assist my child and while shes using the restroom and make sure there is no other kids inside while shes using the restroom they tell me that there so busy and cant assist all children at once. Why do you work or run a daycare if you cant do your job right?. You get a check every month and in return I get shity service!!!!!!I didnt waste no time I got my kids out of that daycare the same week!!!!!If your looking for a GOOD daycare keep looking cause this Kindercare on foothill in Fontana is not the one you can trust your kids with.If you want your kid to get half watched and hit then be my guess send them there I will NEVER recommend this daycare to anyone!!!!!

Great place for children to learn while playing.

The lady that picks up children from school is so rude, she screams at the kids, she has bad tempered, plus I was driving and she cut me off with the van full of kids.. I dont know how that lady is working there! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all just because of that lady! I wouldn’t like no one screaming at my kids that way and drive like a maniac!!

My niece was going there and all of a sudden when she would come home from school she would go in her room and just be depressed. When we would ask if she was ok she constantly say sje was fine. Until one day she finally told us other kids were being mean to her. When we talked to the school and voiced our concerns they said thw would look into it. When we asked if they looked into it they said they didnt have time. To me that is bullying and it seems they didnt take how we felt seriously. Needless to say she is not going to go back. If they cant take the time to make sure every child is safe. Then something is seriously wrong.

If I could give no starts I will. Bad experience this kínder care sucks and are not responsible at all took my son late to school several times and didnt even tell me about it. Ms Aida not professional and not a good manejer. Dont recommend this kínder care.
