Was looking for a way to stay in shape and found PHATS martial arts. I have been attending and love the environment. The staff is very passionate and after being a bit nervous, they helped me conquer that fear.I also enjoy working out with others, they keep me motivated.

Learned about the program through my daughters school. My husband and I loved the experience so much we continued by going directly the the facility. There are classes for all ages so I joined as well. Would highly recommend. Im learning a lot.

My first time ever doing the personal trainer thing and I must say that I am impressed. She does not give you false dreams, she helps you put together realistic goals and realistic steps for you to gradually achieve those goals. She pushes you but does not ignore your body and I noticed results quicker than I assumed. Love the service all around, non judgmental and a pleasurable vibes. Id definitely recommend to all. She is passionate and very knowledgeable of her craft.
