I absolutely love Impulse. I had no prior experience with dance and was looking for an accepting environment to try something new. Impulse is the perfect place! The instructors AND dancers are encouraging, non-judgemental, and so much fun. It really is great for everyone, but if you are new to dance or coming back to dance after a long time, know this is the perfect place to put yourself out there and be yourself!

Impulse is a haven! The instructors are passionate and dedicated, creative and kind. The classes arent so big that you get lost in the shuffle, and the members are all so friendly and thoughtful of one another. As an adult with zero previous dance experience, Impulse has been a breath of fresh air. Something new and exciting, yet very creative and healthy! They have rolled with the pandemic punches throughout 2020 delivering a quality virtual option to stay on track from home.

Very friendly place to learn dance. They never made me feel out of place nor did they try to tell me I couldnt do the class I signed up for. They were awesome and I am going back.

I have been a member here for a couple of months now and I am really impressed. Nadia is an amazing owner, very engaged in the business and has been responsive to all my questions. The teachers are top notch, especially Bailey! She is a gifted dancer and teacher, very patient and respectful with everyone. I was honestly very reluctant to join. Im very out of shape and have been away from dance for over 20 years. Not only is it a welcoming community, everyone is incredibly friendly and encouraging. Classes have people of all shapes, sizes and abilities. While I find classes to be challenging, Bailey is always willing to show me the steps again and even slow it down so I can get it. I feel as if this is a great workout for my body but also my brain! Come check out a class, you wont be disappointed!

I grew up dancing and used to be very experienced, but Ive taken several years off and am now incredibly out of shape. Adults returning to dance know how hard it is to find a studio that has just enough challenge while still being rejuvenating and fun. When I decided to give Impulse a try, I was surprised at how welcoming and easy Nadia and her colleagues made it to try classes and get integrated into their program. This studio isnt built on cliques, and adult dancers of all backgrounds are treated equally and with obvious respect. Nadia and the Impulse instructors have done an impressive job in creating a friendly, professional, joyful, and mature environment. I havent been this excited to dance in years. Theyre doing something right.

My first tap class in a couple of years and it absolutely made my heart gush! I was like a giddy little girl! The combos were so fun. I was definitely rusty but had so much fun! I’ve never taken a class in an open setting like that- such a good idea!

Ive danced all my life and recently moved away from teaching and performing in ND to live in CO, I couldnt have been more excited to sign up for a grand opening special for Impulse. When they werent able to open on the date originally planned, they provided ample communication, a free guest pass, and an extra unlimited month free! They truely appreciate and care for their customers. I havent tried many of the fitness oriented classes but I love the variety of teaching and styles they provide for dance classes. Some classes are very beginner and bring you back to the basics and some give you that satisfying sweat from moving your body in the best ways which provides extra layers for a more experienced dancer . I think Ill be signing up for a punch card or membership come next month. Great vibes and a great source of movement medicine! Thank you!

I took Susies tap class this morning and loved it! She is such a great dancer and instructor. She was very patient and explained things very clearly and with modifications based on skill level. Looking forward to checking out more classes and tapping with Susie again next week!

I had a blast and got a great workout dancing with Rebekah! I am NOT a dancer and was feeling a bit intimidated, but she created such a fun, playful environment that I will be making dancing in her class part of my weekly routine. Highly recommend!

I’m just starting out with Impulse on their 2 weeks for 30 dollars unlimited class deal.I’ve only taken a few classes so far, but I’ve found the teachers to be incredibly sweet and fun and relatable. I’m new to dancing and was very intimidated to show up, but they make it so enjoyable that I almost forget to be self-conscious. Will definitely be buying a class pack. Can’t wait to learn to dance in 2019

Finally a comfortable, non-intimidating space for adults. The studio is beautiful and spacious and the Contemporary teacher Susie Garifi was amazing. She knows her stuff! Great choreography and personality. It was challenging enough for someone with dance experience, who hasnt taken a class in a long time. It may be a little too much for someone without a dance background. I will be back!

This is a place where you can be yourself and enjoy dancing! I am so glad there is now a dance place for adults with great classes and the best instructors. Each class is a joy but also progress, and there is always a smile and support from everybody. I’m in love with Impulse!!

Finally a dance studio for adults in Fort Collins! For only just opening in July, this business (and its owner) is doing a fantastic job. It offers a great variety of dance technique and fitness classes for all experience levels. The space is beautiful, the location is prime, and the teachers are on point...no pun intended 😉

We had a great time and really got a great workout. It was a little hard to follow at times; I just needed a little more verbal instructions because I was in the back and couldnt see the instructor very well. Next time Ill try to get to the front a little. Thanks so much! So much fun!

I was so glad that Impulse Dance and Fitness opened. I recently moved to Ft. Collins from Greeley and was looking for a dance studio that offers tap!. I also like Zumba too. The location is good, the entryway is friendly, and the instructors are awesome. Susie and Vanessa are professional, fun, and supportive with beginners and expert clients alike.

Great barre class with Bailey! Friendly atmosphere and accommodating to all levels. Easy registering process online and nice clean/modern space for class! Just FYI, seems like the Lemay parking lot entrance has been curbed off or speed bump? Bottomed out my car exiting there- whoops! Looks like you can both exit and enter from Prospect.

Bailey is an amazing instructor! She is very knowledgeable and keeps the class fun even when your legs are shaking and burning and getting stronger. She is very kind and takes a real interest in you as an individual. The place is inviting even for me who has zero dance experience!

I havent been in many dance classes before. I attended the contemporary class and I thought the direction was great. I will be trying other classes and the contemporary class as well in the future

What a blast! I’m by no means a good dancer. In fact, I’d say I’m horrendous (uncoordinated, clumsy, etc). Even so, I had a great time at Nadia’s Body Jam class. She made everyone feel like a superstar. Jammed out to awesome beats, while shedding those calories, in a fabulous environment & great people :)
