Overall, one of the best schools in Poudre School District. For those of you who are deciding which middle school you want to attend, Kinard is the place to go. Kinard has fantastic academic and leadership programs. The staff are the best and you couldnt ask for greater teachers. The sports teams are great too. Kinard also has amazing music programs. Everyone is very kind to each other and the student body is wonderful. The administration is very supportive of its students. Go Mustangs!

If youre actually looking for info on this school, try visiting it and seeing it for yourself! Its kinda sad that half the reviews here are salty kids, but if you think about it, most people whore happy with the school leave the reviews page empty. Was quite a nice school several years back and from what I know about, it still is today.

I feel honored to be a student at Kinard. From the principal to all the teachers and staff, everybody here cares about each student and helps them in achieving their goals. All the teachers I had in every grade were awesome, and I will miss them a lot when I enter high school after summer! Thank you, Kinard! You rock!From Eren Uludogan...

After coming from a strong, child centered private elementary school we werent sure what to expect from a public middle school. This is our daughters second year at Kinard and she LOVES IT!!! As a parent, Im pretty happy with it too.The teachers are very invested in each child. It would be very hard for a child to fall behind in any subject and students are not punished for not understanding homework. Additionally, my daughter is not swamped in homework either. And...her MAPP scores have increased. Probably not a school for absolutely every child, but worth considering. The teachers and administration work very, very hard at this school.

I have been reading a lot of the one star reviews, and know most of the kids who left them. These kids are very annoying and dont care about their education. If the fact that there are annoying kids bothers you, good luck, cause youll find that anywhere. This school is very environment-conscious, it provides a fun learning experience. The staff is amazing, with few exceptions, and the homework load is very manageable. I dont like school, but this usually doesnt feel like a school.

Kinard is one of the best schools, all the salty kids who write reviews are from Preston. Preston is still good, but I just like Kinard better. Go to Kinard.

How sad that kids are allowed to post stupid reviews on Google! This school is excellent. I had cancer when my son just started 6th grade. He had a rough transition and a rough year. The teachers at this school bent over backwards to make sure he was ok and succeeded. And when he acted out (and got in trouble) they responded with compassion and appropriate action. We couldn’t be more grateful to the staff. Specifically the Vice Principle, who got our son involved in sports. The Wrestling and Football coachs go the distance for these kids. An honor to be a Mustang parent.

I would describe my first year at Kinard as unbelieveable. There were so many people that would help me succeed. I would not be in 7th grade without them. The principal was so nice and always gave our classes ( English, Math, History, Science, Music, Art, ) comments every time he came in because I think he liked what he saw. My parents worked really hard on getting me in, so thank you Mom and Dad!

Overall a good school. My only issue is with the grades because its hard to tell sometimes how my student is doing.

Hey dummies saying Preston is better or Kinard sucks, you are an idiot. That is offensive because I go there and it is amazing. Oh and Micah, you are my friend and Kinard is the best so if you dont like it just leave. Great school!! It was awesome when I went shadowing. The people at kinard were so nice, especially the principal. Although, no one from my school would want to go to kinard.

It was easy to make friends here. If it wasnt for Kinard, I wouldnt have found my best friends!

Ok, first off the only good teachers are Lardner, Neff, Zwakenberg, and all the gym teachers. The french teacher needs to get fired, I got in trouble for pretending to throw something. Cant wait to get out of this hellhole.
