Nicest, most helpful Government Bureaucracy Ive dealt with in a long time. Spent two hours in the Community Development Division Office to put in an application for an as built building permit. The people I worked with were extremely helpful, and went above and beyond by printing out some info online as to where I could purchase some equipment I would need. Really impressed me, as where I come from, it would have been an office full of pissed off people whose only joy in life is to make your life as difficult as possible. The majority of the employees are helpful the one that is hard to deal with isnt even an engineer and doesnt understand what he is looking at on building plans and makes the process painful is jaun mancha he is in over his head and should understand he is working for larimer county Colorado not California
